I had a great experience here while driving through town on a trip. I got a nail in my tire and ended up at this store. Costumer service was top notch. Very friendly employee at the counter, a second held the door for me while leaving and a third employee offered me a water.
The waiting room and bathroom is ridiculously nice. Both nicer then most doctors office waiting rooms. They have a fish tank in the waiting room and a really cool 3D map of Oregon. I was impressed and would highly recommend this store.

They will not put two tires on an AWD which is completely ridiculous. A paying customer should never be turned away! The salesman was also very arrogant as he explained why they would not put 2 tires on. Also, he gave the most ridiculous explanation when I asked if they would replace one flat tire of if you had to buy four new ones. He said they would replace one tire and «shave it down to match the other ones». So, why not two then? It really should be my decision to replace 2 tires. So I made a decision and went elsewhere, as you should!

Took our Mazda in based on the great reviews when one of our tires started losing pressure, and was not disappointed. It didn’t take them very long to get to my car, and fixed the tire quickly. They let me know it had a piece of metal in the tire that was causing the leakage, and they fixed it for no cost at all.
I will definitely be back here when it’s time to buy new tires, that kind of customer service is rare these days.

We went there this past Saturday due to a constantly deflating tire. We dropped in at our convenience as they don’t take appointments for tire work and they immediately took a look at the tire and were able to remove the piece of metal that had caused the problem and patch the tire in about 15 minutes… and they charged us $ 0!!!
I thought that service like this was an urban myth, but it isn’t here. We felt so guilty about paying nothing that we tipped the person who worked on our car and after our experience vowed to return here for all the other work that our car will need in future. They were courteous, prompt and seemed to highly value integrity, which is hard to find in any business these days. Did I mention that they also do tire rotations for free?
