Business Owner
Tom studied acupuncture at the Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. When he opened his first clinic in Eugene, Oregon in 1987, he was one of only a handful of practitioners in the area. He specializes in Japanese acupuncture techniques, which are particularly effective for stress-related conditions.
In addition to seeing patients in his busy clinic, Tom is a certified with the National Certification Commission Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to provide continuing education opportunities for acupuncturists in Kiiko Matsumoto Style. He has organized dozens of workshops and more than 10,000 hours.
He lives with his wife, daughter, and two cats in Eugene.
