Currently, we’re the only Salon in Eugene Oregon that has been selected to carry the exclusive L’Oreal Professionnel Hair Care and product line. Utopia also specializes in Medical hair loss restoration and prevention services and is also a full wig shop, selling collection wigs made with a long tradition of high-​quality manufacturing and skilled workmanship. Our clients should expect an exceptional product at a reasonable price. We offer wigs that are designed for and cater to a variety of individual needs and preferences.

With well over 20 years of professional experience, Utopia Salon strives to leave a trustworthy and lasting impression with its clients. The salon is sophisticated, yet family friendly and comfortable. Each stylist strives to make new, renew, refresh, revive, change, alter, and create. Each client should enjoy high style without the pretense, and this is the goal of each stylist. Utopia doesn’t cater to a specific type of person or hair demographic – but rather serves to promote a spirit of reinvention! Stylists enjoy bringing people together in a relaxed, fun, and friendly atmosphere; and, are devoted to working collectively making sure every person comes away having a great experience.

Cecelia has owned Utopia Salon for 20 years. Along with her cut and color expertise she specializes in medical hair loss restoration and prevention. When she isn’t behind the chair at her salon, you can find her hanging out with family or pampering one of her many grandkids.
