The game selection is great, but the service & food have been either subpar or just plain bad every time we’ve been here. A couple weeks ago, my boyfriend received the wrong beer order. After 10 min. a random server came & asked him if it was the right beer, he said no, and that server took the beer directly to another table. What if he had taken a sip of it? Eesh. There’s no consistency in food quality. Some items we’ve loved have been overcooked or flavorless upon other visits. The calamari especially is a rip-off for the price, since half of it is fried banana peppers. One evening we waited 15 min. to have our drink order taken(they weren’t even busy), the food was disappointing, and we then waited 15 more minutes for the check. The mgr. gave us the usual dismissive lip service & we didn’t press the issue. We took some out-of-towners here recently. The girl tending the prize room was very rude & seemed determined to let us know we were an inconvenience. We live a quarter of a mile from this place, but I doubt we’ll be back. Perhaps for some games.

Service is pretty good. I thought it would be bigger and have more games.

My biggest issue was PICKPOCKETS. While playing my game card was stolen out of my front pocket. It didn’t fall out, while playing I had to put more credits in(or game over) and when I had to put more credits into my game a second time the card was not in my front pocket. Checked the floor, other pockets GONE. The food service was super friendly yet a bit slow and the food was decent. Having my pocket picked just ruined it for me.

Food is good, I only stuck with appetizers and sides. The service can be iffy but it you just look for someone you will normally get excellent service for having to wait for a server. It’s a great place to bring kids or to meet up with a big group of people. Full bar!

This was our first visit to this location. We waited a very long time in line(one person at the front desk). Someone should have come up and assisted with moving the line quicker. Every table in the dining area was dirty. We got a clean table and got our yummy appetizer. Our food order got forgotten, but at least the server was honest about being swamped so I appreciate the honesty. The food is pretty good. The gaming area was great. Clean and nice variety of games.

Still lots of games to play. Love the SkeetBall. This place always impresses Me so much to do. This location is a new one and close to home. So I can frequent the gaming area(the kid in me) says. LOL The Staff were very helpful and courteous. The place is kept clean and tidy. Restrooms were very clean . The food is about average nothing grandeur. Expect A TGIF or Chilis type menu and there you go. Everyone enjoyed there drinks. Waitresses made sure of refills. I’ll be coming back for many return visits.

This is my first time trying out Dave & Busters. I went to this location with Ryan and his dad to celebrate his birthday. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The food and drinks were delicious, kinda like T.G.I. Friday’s or Chili’s. It was too bad we couldn’t eat our entrees entirely, so we took some home after the night was over. This also gave us an excuse to blow off some steam… and calories while playing video games. Being that this location in Euless is fairly new, every game is available for everyone. It was also a good idea for the D&B chain to put tokens and tickets on their cards, that way we can still keep our hands free. Although they do have large cups for paper tickets that still print out available in case the card readers malfunction. And if you’re a sports fan, they have TVs for almost every sporting event available. Just need to make sure the signals are not lost. LOL! All in all, a really fun place to eat and let loose on the same evening.

Food took 30 minutes for an appetizer and when confronted about the delay the incompetent manager acted like it was no big deal. The food is slow and they won’t do anything about it. I don’t go out to be treated like crap by people.

Dave and Buster’s brings out the kid in me, after an 8 hour work day I love coming here cause I always have a good time. They have happy hour every week day till 7 and you know its the strangest thing but when you are a little buzzed the games are a lot more fun. But yea if you are around the area, stop by, especially on a Wednesday cause its half price games all day! One more thing, this location is a new location so its the nicest Dave and Busters I have went to and great service as well.

I’ve been here a few times, once a few months ago with my nephews. We just had a blast. In a few hours time we played pretty much every game I wanted to. I’m a big fan of the Kung Fu Panda game that I’m a particularly big fan of. The first time I played it I won 1000 tickets. With all kinds of swagger, I’ve replayed it over and over but never been able to repeat my victory. I still enjoy trying though. We earned tickets to get them tons of candy so they would be bouncing off the walls when I dropped them back off with my sister. Being an uncle is awesome. This is a brand new location and it is very nice and quite a bit of fun. It’s almost like a Buffalo Wild Wings with an arcade. It really would be a great place to use as a sports bar if you have some kids, since they can play while you watch a game. It’s easy to drop a boat load of cash here, but there are deals to be had during the week. I’ve never eaten the food, but it doesn’t look terrible. Seems on par with a TGI Fridays. The drinks are the same way too, seem fun(albeit overly sweet). Altogether, the food is about what you’d expect. Definitely a fun place to bring some kiddos and have a blast.

Not a bad place. It’s new, big and clean. I went during the weekday after noon for a work event and we were basically the only ones there. The service was good, the food was so-so. I think food can be hit or miss. Otherwise, for a new, clean place to have fun, check it out.

Awesome brand new Dave and Buster’s location in Euless off 121. In a growing and newly developed area. I’m glad we went here because I wasn’t familiar with this side of Euless and had no idea about this nice area. This location is brand new. Very clean and the staff is friendly. I’m deducting 1 star because I ordered the steak and lobster Alfredo and it didn’t have any lobster in it. Additionally, the steak was burnt to a disgusting level. The pasta and the sauce were delicious though. I typically stick with sliders or hot wings at D&B and this experience reminded me why. It’s my fault because I shouldn’t be expecting culinary magic from an arcade

Great new location in up and coming Glade Park. There is a huge bar with probably 30 gigantic TV’s, and a Sports Room” with even larger screens. They also have a formal dining room. The food menu are all the basic favorite burgers, wings, cheese sticks, potato skins etc. They have every new and old game here, so it’s fun for both kids and adults. Bigger kids can go play and adults can lounge and watch sports. One really cool thing is they let you use your winning tickets on food items! I was able to get two appetizers with the 1,500 tickets I won playing Angry Birds. It sounds like a lot, but you win 500 tickets every time you crush all four creatures, which is pretty simple. Wednesday night is ½ price games! The ticket winnings are the same though, so you could play much longer and eat free if you win tickets. You can keep your tickets on your play card and save them for your next visit. Every time you eat and drink, they will put points on your play card that you can use for free game play too. I would only go here on Wednesdays for the ½ off night, because some of the best games are really expensive otherwise!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch one afternoon and had a fun time. You can choose to eat in the restaurant, the bar, or there is a separate sports bar. Food prices and quality are on par with Applebee’s or Chilli’s. We ordered a Philly cheese steak and chicken fingers and both were very tasty and filling. Our server was very friendly and told us about about the Dave and Buster’s rewards program which we signed up for and have already received good coupons by email. After eating we played a bunch of games and even though they seem pricey since you go through your play card pretty fast, it was still lots of fun.

Let me tell you, perfect place for a company group outing! The customer service was nothing short of Amazing, everyone was so accommodating! The scheduling was so easy, Ashley made this a very simple process. We arrived, she showed us where we were going to be and made sure we had a good experience prior to departure. The servers for the event were PERFECT. They were attentive and friendly… catered to our every need. When I go back I will be asking for AJ or DJ… they are so nice and very helpful. Their service definitely helped this event run smoothly. Highly recommend them if you are going there for anything. The location is convenient and right off the freeway. Being new, it’s very clean too. The food options were good and the bar mini burgers are SOGOOD, they are made with a sweet roll and are so addicting. I had a great experience at this new location and my colleagues had a great time!

My fam loves D&B’s. This one is definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. It’s a brand new building so it’s going to be very clean and attractive. Nice layout as well. The restaurant has a design flaw. The AC blows so hard down the east side booths that you can see their big pendant lights(overhanging tables) swaying. We had to ask to be seated in a table away from the turbo props… LOL. The waitress told us that they’re constantly being told by customers that it’s a problem, but its the design of the building and there’s nothing they can do. We’ll see how it is in the winter. Nobody will want to eat where its that drafty. Just sayin. The food was just Ok. Nothing great, but nothing horrible either. And the service was terribly slow and it wasn’t busy. The staff was quite friendly, though. So, maybe they’re still working through the«new-ness». We headed for the games after eating and it was your typical Arcade. It wasn’t the standard D&B’s Arcade, this one is more modernized. Lacks the old school D&B’s charm, though. I personally like the older better than the newer, but hey, the world’s a changin. Although my 12 yr old appreciates the older version, too. Now, the big question is, do we come back? I don’t really know. Main Event is right up the road and they offer more for my family. I haven’t had their food, but it’d be a toss up between them and D&B’s. If this would’ve been constructed like the«old school» D&B’s, there’d be no toss up, we’d head to this place, but we’ll just have to see.

UPDATE: After having written the review(with 2 stars) below last night, I got back on line to see how I had missed they didnt have bowling at this location(which is why we drove from Keller)…and my website visit this AM refreshed my memory… to get Store Details on their website you have to give them your first and last name AND an email address!!! How freaking slimey… So, updated review goes to 1 star… and frankly considering driving over to ask for my $ 25 back… Original Review: I visited a D&B years ago in Atlanta… a cool bar with lots of games, pool, shuffleboard… but things have changed. Went tonight thinking cool place to hang out and have a beer while daughter and I played a few games. What we found was a extemely loud, over lit, somewhat silly, and dare I say LAME excuse for any place that anyone over 12 to 16 would want to go! Saturday night, and empty except for a few families with young ones, and 10 to 14YO kids playing games. Is it just me or is it creepy to be sitting in a bar watching tweens play video games! A few pool tables, lots of driving games and games of chance(remember Rock Papers Sissors from Las Vegas Vacation???) no shuffleboard that I saw, and geesh, did I mention the las vegas level lights and noise!!! Seriously, not a single adult couple or friends on a date in the entire place at 9PM… bar empty… entire place empty. we walked through in 10 minutes, I played one game… and we left. I bought a $ 25 card, and will leave it on the break room table at work on Monday… surely one of the twenty somethings might be intersted in a few games. And the only reason they didnt get 1 star is honestly the menu looks good on the website… no idea if it translates to good food… If you are going for first time… WALKTHROUGHBEFOREYOUSPEND A NICKEL… YOUCANALWAYSLEAVEWITHWALLETINTACT…

This location is by far the best yet. I’m a huge fan of D&B and have been too several locations. I love that the location is in Euless and is close to all the shopping and restaurants on Glade road. Customer service is excellent. We really enjoyed the new food items on the menu and fun arcade games. I often come here for happy which is from 5 – 7 and bonus late night happy hour from 9 – 11. I have one Con! We ordered the wings and burger basket for $ 15, which in my opinion is a rip off. 4 mini burgers, small fry, and 5 wings? What in the world. We were so hungry we ordered the nachos and calamari which are about the same price and huge portions. Get the nachos and share them with 2 – 3 people.

Our first time here. We ordered from the«Eat and Play Combo» menu. Smokehouse BBQ Chicken, Fire Grilled Salmon and weighing in at less than 600 calories, the Cabo Chicken. All of us enjoyed our meals. Yes we will order these again. To top it off a Bananas Foster. Different areas of this fun establishment are at different noise levels. When in the game room, it is loud. In midst of hundreds of machines, people of all ages enjoying them and the music, it is loud! Our table in the Sports dining room was about half the volume, but still loud. Not a place to be looking for that steaming romantic dinner. This place is for Fun! There is a family dinner area that is considerably more quiet. You can find just about every game type here. From Ski– ball to Guitar Hero to Zombies and everything in between including pool tables. You shouldn’t have any problems finding something to do including chillin with the wife while the kids are at play. Our service was very good. Attention to detail. I never had to ask our waitress Jessica for anything. She was certainly on the spot! Thank you for a great family night out.
