Made an appointment for a Friday morning for 2 mani pedis. They started mine on time but didn’t start with the person that was with me until 20 min later. Guess they were short staffed. Took me 2 and a half hours to get a mani/pedi but they did a great job. Wouldn’t suggest going here if you’re in a rush cause they will take their time and pamper you!

Sometimes I will go other places closer to my house and every time I regret not coming here. They always do a good job and seem to be properly staffed since you hardly ever wait despite a lot of customers.

Only reason I give this place 2 stars because Crystal and the lady who sits next to her are the only ones who seem to do a great job and give great customer service. Just left from getting my nails done and the last time I checked if they are my nails I should be able to get what I want. The lady who ended up doing my nails act like she didn’t understand what I wanted and told me it wouldn’t work like that. I only been doing the same style and nail color for the last two years, I think it works just fine. To make matters worse her attitude is what made me upset. I told her nevermind I’ll pay for what I have done now and go somewhere else, she then got a bigger attitude then had the nerve to charge me the full price when she didn’t even finish, on top of after I paid she then made me write in $ 5 on the tip part when I clearly put $ 0 because she said they took off 4 broken nails. Um I clearly could have taken them off and you didn’t even finish and you want me to pay another $ 5. I told her fine but run my card again because I already wrote $ 0 in the tip part. She refused and made me write it and scribble out the part. Uh one that is fraud bc I didnt even initial it so it clearly looks like someone changed the tip. I will be looking into my bank just to watch this. Because they clearly lost my trust. I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name but she was the one wearing the Burgundy apron. My nails could have been crap but her attitude and her poor customer service is what makes it the worst and never wants me to go back. sorry crystal I refer everyone to this place but that lady ruined it and won’t be referring anyone else for sure. Not she also threw my card down instead if handing it back to me and slammed the receipt back. It’s also rude to speak your language when clearly I knew they were talking about me. Very piss poor service. Beverly Nails in irving is the next best thing people and for what I go done today and wanted them to do which they didn’t they charge $ 5 less go there. They charge you here and don’t even offer to make it right. BEWARE

I have never had a bad experience here. It is my go to shop since it’s near my home and the experience is always very pleasant. I always enjoy my time here.

I recently moved and needed to find a new nail place. I went one day after work and they were very busy so service was somewhat slow. They did a decent job on my nails and toes. I went back a second time & the service was fast & my nails looked great. I’m happy I gave it a second chance since it’s close to my house

Back here again with another review. Once again, perfect. Kim did a wonderful job on this pedicure. I had been out of town and went to a place that was terrible, so she fixed everything they messed up. Fixed my ingrown toenails the man had given me, fixed my calluses. And made my nails look great. A+

My wife usually goes to one place, but recently, she came here and fell in love with this place. We came on a Friday night, there was no wait, the place is big and clean and the staff is friendly. We will be coming here from now on!

I’ve been using Ms. Nails for the last 10 years. The recent spa upgrade is so luxurious! I have a tendency to have ingrown toenails — this is one of the very few spas who make the effort to prevent such! It was so funny to see that one client griped about taking not taking clients in order. Evidently, they do NOT realise that clients with appointments take precedence, as they rightly should. Perhaps she should consider making an appointment. I say that because I work by appointment, not as a nail tech, but a tax preparer from the office next door!

I went to Ms. Nails on my lunch hour for a pedicure and was told the wait would not be long. A gentleman came in a couple of minutes after me for both a manicure and pedicure. We both waited for about five minutes before we were seated in the spa chairs. Another 25 minutes later the next available person was told to go to him first. I was told that the next person would only be a couple of minutes, yet she was still massaging her client’s feet. I requested to have my feet dried off, so that I could leave because at this point I has already wasted too much time. HOWVERYRUDE!!! What happened to seeing clients in the order that they arrive? I guess you more important if you are purchasing more services! I WILLNOTBEBACK!!!
