slow slow slow! this could be the slowest starbucks in texas. bring a book to read while you are in the drive thru line

Still awesome after 4 years. Do yourself a favor and go inside the store on a Friday morning… you will get in and out much quicker. Most times the drive thru is crazy backed up but they keep a good number of baristas in there cranking out the goodness. Try the soy misto! It’s strong, frothy and delicious. Everyone is super professional, courteous and friendly here. Just like a coffee joint should be.

The last three times I’ve gone through this Starbucks drive-​through I have my cell phone wallet that person turned around to scan my cell phone she turned around with myself phone in her hand where I could not see her aunts and my phone I do not think that is appropriate with all my other credit cards and my phone case and I feel that is rude and inappropriate

I LOVE that this Starbucks location is open until 11pm. Working the night shift is tough, but these people come to my rescue with smiles on their faces! They are willing to accommodate large orders even if it is close to closing time. I would highly recommend this Starbucks! The staff is top-​notch and their drinks are consistently tasty as can be!

Stopped in this morning and had great service. Normally the lines are pretty long but today it was especially fast. Every one was very nice and helpful. Even the customers were extra friendly this morning. Thanks for the great start to my day!

I need help! My name is Layla and I’m a coffee addict. Starbucks is my enabler. Love the staff! Especially now that they have the cutest lil mini sizes. Now if they would just deliver I’d be set!

Great location if you’re headed out hwy 121 or Glade Road. Located in the Lowes shopping center. The stores drive thru is quicker than others in the area.
The Store offers wifi which is better than some of the other neighborhood coffee houses.
Personally. I go for either the Caramel Frappuccino or a Trenta Black Tea over ice with 4 pumps of sugar.

Starbucks is the one of the greatest wonders of the world. You could say I’m addicted. I’ll make coffee at my office every morning and drink it til about 3pm. It is the fuel for my day. I buy my coffee most of the time from this location. Great group of people working there.

This is my go to Starbucks. I usually go through the drive thru, so I can’t tell you much about the inside. The drive thru is very fast, even when they are at their busiest. And the staff is very friendly, which can be a hit or miss at some. I love this place!

This is my go-​to SB so I may be a bit biased (I’m here at least 4 days a week for nearly 3 yrs now :) It’s located on the side of the shopping strip with Lowes, beside the bank on the corner of 121 & Glade Rd.
Scott has been the manager since I moved to the neighborhood and staffs the friendliest, most cheerful, helpful people of any SB I’ve frequented regularly over the years. What I like most is there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover, they know you and your drink (I’ve got a few modifications *wink*) and the lines move quickly. Shelves are always stocked if stopping by for a quick gift and it contains a wide variety of bakery treats and hot & cold meal items, although the meals tend to go quick. IMHO, the Bacon Gouda is the best hot brekky sammie — yum!
This location is on the smaller side and is popular regardless of the time I find myself looking for a caffeine fix. Like most, if you get your fix before 9am, the drive through and inside lines are wrapped around the store long but moving steady.
There are a few tables inside, four lounging chairs (2 near plugs), and a furnished patio. The tables are usually occupied a majority of the day with meetings, groups and individuals. If sunny out, they have an outdoor sofa as well as the usual chairs with umbrella covered tables. It’s not uncommon to see the same faces every day and a few furry love bugs wagging their tails in hopes of a head pat :)

Yeah… this use to be a great staff… maybe they just have off days like most others. It is not easy to get to unless you are already on the access road. In a big parking lot so never lacking on spots… although some people really really want up front… like if they got any closer they would be inside the store. The stora itself… Nice layout.

Um, so I ordered an espresso doppio and was promptly forgotten. After watching several people from behind me get their more intrinsic orders, my doppio was nowhere to be found. I approached the barrista who then recounted the order and whipped it up… Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry… Oh wait…

Rating this one 3 stars, but it’s worth 4 sometimes. The problem here is that it’s Starbucks. It’s not amazing coffee, the service is just «meh» and the barista here actually has a pretty annoying voice on the day that I came.
I mean, it’s one thing to be energetic and all, maybe loud and fun or whatever, but do NOT be loud just to hear your own voice, mrs. barista. ok? ok. Made my point there I think. Be cool, not annoying.
The coffee is not the best coffee on the market. They’re the fast-​food of coffee. They don’t put love and care into their drinks, and they coat the cup in syrup rather than bring out flavors that are already there. Less is more, people!
Anyway. I gotta go get a coffee. Only go to Starbucks if you seriously have NO other option.

I love this location. The staff here are very nice. They were packed one morning. I was like the sixth person in line. The barista asked me what drink she can get started for me. By the time I was ready to pay, my drink was ready. They are on point and very friendly. My coffee didnt taste bitter. If you are in a rush, go to this location as they are really quick!!!
