That Look Cleaners

I have used «That Look Cleaners» for many years. They moved to the current location about 2 years ago and I could not be happier.
The move allows for them to do the laundry /​dry cleaning services on site rather than send the garments out to a plant. This allows for them to maintain higher quality assurance standards, and quicker turn around time. They have also started providing on site alterations and embroidery.
I own a large collection of mens designer shirts that I am very particular about how I want the shirts cleaned. The shirts have the reverse cuffs that require they be folded upward. I have the shirts done with a medium starch and the cuffs flipped up and treated with a heavy starch. I have my shirts with french cuffs done the same way. My normal dress shirts are cleaned normally. The staff has gotten to know how I like my shirts handled and rarely do I have a problem.
The newest service offered by the cleaners is the 24 hour service. I have been provided a secure bag that provides the cleaners with all the criteria as to how I want my cleaning done. I am able to drop the cleaning off after hours in a drop box. Very safe and theft proof. R he cleaning is then placed in a locker for me to pick up after hours. The customer is provided with a private code to enter the locker room. Each customer then has a locker (s) that they can claim their clothing. Each locker has a preset locker combination preselected by the customer. The locker room is only accessible by the customers.
The other positive feedback I haveis with my experience when an item is damaged during the dry cleaning process. Many cleaners immediately take a «no refunds /​not responsible» attitude. That has never been my experience with the cleaners. I have a white shirt that has some deep red in it. They advised me that the shirt would bleed if I had it cleaned. I was advised of another option to clean the shirt and keep it from bleeding. Yes, it was going to cost a little more but it would not ruin the shirt. It worked and I still have the shirt today.
Just a great cleaners and awesome staff.
