I am a Jamaican raised in Miami. As I travel though out the years, I developed flavors from various place around the world such as Israel, Ethiopia, Thailand, and Mexico just to name a few, but always found myself going back to my roots of Jamaica. As I prepare the dishes on my menu, I want you to have the experience of the authentic taste of Jamaica with a modern twist fusing the art of other cuisine influence.
