We loved staying here! The room was lovely and exactly as a bed and breakfast should be. The owner was very sweet and had great recommendations on things to do. Our room was clean everyday and breakfast was always good.

Booked a room for one night through Expedia. Received confirmation and our card was charged. Received a call from the owner Barbara that she would not be honoring our reservation as she has a two night minimum. This was not mentioned in the booking process with Expedia. She made it seem it was evil that I booked the room through a third party company and I would have to handle the refund myself. Expedia said she never notified them of her two night minimum. The onus is on her. The right thing to do from a business owner standpoint would have been to honor the reservation and made us feel welcome. Instead she lost us as customers for life.
