Located at the 140-​acre Retreat at Sky Ridge cabin resort, the Sky Ridge Pavilion is the largest event center in Eureka Springs West with seating for 150 guests. Perfect for weddings, receptions, parties, retreats, family reunions and meeting. Amenities include full catering kitchen, native stone wood burning fireplace, sound system, stone fire-​pit and covered terrace overlooking Cedar Creek.

History

Established in 2009.

New owners renovated all cabins and added the new Sky Ridge Pavilion in 2009. Other new additions included a second pond, Turtle Moon Community labyrinth, expanded covered picnic area and hiking trails.

Meet the Business Owner

Eric S.

Business Owner

Born in Columbus Ohio, Eric graduated from The Ohio State University with dual degrees in Business Administration/​Marketing and Real Estate. He and his wife Cindy moved to Dallas in 1992. Both are former co-​presidents of their Neighborhood Association and founders of Creekwater Reptile Rescue & Rehab Services. CRR&RS specializes in treatment and release of injured native turtle species.

In his 30 year marketing career, Eric has worked with leading hospitality companies, including Holiday Inn, Hilton International and Accor. He has also managed wildlife parks, entertainment facilities and water parks.

As Sr VP Marketing at Accor, his group handled marketing for Motel 6, Red Roof Inn, Novotel, and Sofitel. His team won numerous marketing awards for the Motel 6 «We’ll Leave the Light On» advertising. The campaign is now on the «Top 100 Ad Campaigns in the Last 100 Years» list by Ad Age Magazine.
