The Inn at Rose Hall Bed and Breakfast

This was a perfect B&B for us. Quaint. That’s the best way to describe it. Quaint. It’s not extravagant. It’s cute but practical.
So be yourself here. Take it easy! Zoie is a charming and gracious hostess. She runs her business well and you can tell she has been doing this for years. She makes you feel right at home.
The outdoor patio is cute. The gazebo area is perfect for a wedding. Rooms are comfortable. We stayed in the Antique Rose room because I fell in love with the pictures of adorable stained glass windows. Well, this isn’t a photo scam; it’s the real deal. The room looks just like the pic and we woke up to cheery sunlight peeking through our windows every morning. Loved it! The fireplace was romantic and our room featured all the essentials for our weekend getaway: a minifridge, space for our wine and glasses, etc. The only thing I had to get used to in the room was the awkwardness of the shower in the jetted bathtub. No big deal though.
Follow the directions in Zoie’s email. Don’t bother with GPS. IT DOES NOT WORK in this mountain town.
And the cookies. Oh my, the cookies! They are made fresh every day and they are SOOOOO good. Yum! Ask her to pretty please make those chocolate cinnamon cookies again. Craving big time. Breakfast is served daily of course and Zoie’s ready with town maps to help you plan the rest of your day.
My favorite part? Feeling at home with the technology. I’m not kidding though. When was the last time you played a VHS tape? Oh yeah, baby, going retro here. There is a TV in each room with a DVD/​VHS combo player. I don’t know what kind of nostalgic euphoria came over us.haha. but there is nothing more ‘at home’ than grabbing a VHS tape and REWIND-​ING the thing to make you feel like home. Yeah, honey. Grab that tape and rewind. See? it’s just like old times. When life was easy. lol. But I tell you, we had a blast picking out the older movies and listening to that hum of the tape player. lol. Way to ‘wind down’ on our weekend getaway.
That said, let me tell you this is not the schmancy B&B that you’ll find in Charleston or Savannah. (I feel like when I stay at B&B’s in those charming but a bit over-​the-​top cities that I can’t even blow my nose in a napkin because it’s just not frou-​frou and fancy looking to do that.)
This is a safe bet for sure. Pop in a tape and grab some cookies from the kitchen. Put your feet up. It’s like home here.

The Inn at Rose Hall Bed and Breakfast is the epitome of comfort, relaxation, coziness and luxury all rolled into one. Eureka Springs, Ar. is a very happy place for my wife and I, having been married there 9yrs ago. The charm of the town is equally matched with every stay at The Inn at Rose Hall, from the linens on the the bed to the bed itself, to the yummy baked cookies to the delicious breakfast. If a trip to Eureka Springs is on your radar, The Inn at Rose Hall is a must! Looking forward to our next trip!

A small group of us stayed just one night at this lovely B&B. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the included breakfast was delicious! My husband and I have stayed in B&B’s before that were very noisy but this one was incredibly quiet even though it was full. On my next trip to Eureka Springs, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our first B&B experience in the Antique Rose Room at The Inn at Rose Hall; and it was exceptionally lovely! Met all our expectations. Rita and Zoie are treasures and we enjoyed their stories and their recommendations were spot on! Both ladies were very attentive and sensitive to our needs (I am a diabetic; so considerations were made to our menu). The breakfasts were over-​the-​top gourmet and made the stay memorable. The linens were the most comfortable we have ever experienced and the entire home was clean and well-​designed. We highly recommend this B&B. Dr. Jodi and Danny

My husband and I were married here in September of 2007.
It was beautiful. The staff here made planning our wedding so easy and stress free. We planned a very small wedding of 10 – 14 people, which eventually grew to 20 people as the innkeeper warned me that it would. If she offers advice, do yourself a favor and follow it!
The cake was delicious and the flowers were just what I wanted! They responded to our requests and the inevitable changes quickly and reasonably.
We were very happy with our wedding. We only had to dress ourselves and arrive on time. We were free to enjoy our day and our family for a very reasonable price.

Lovely quite spot in fabulous Eureka Springs. We stayed at the Tiffany Suite which was very comfy. At night we opened the one window that did open and were sung to sleep by a variety of night insects. The owner and manager were very nice and they made a nice breakfast. They even prepared a special list of restaurants for us to try based on our dietary needs and their own experience. A variety of wine glasses and a wine key were in the room. A fridge in the room (and several microwaves in the house for guest use). Romantic and private. In the morning the colored light from the windows bathed the room.
I’m a fan of CR Mackintosh so I loved the Rose Hall name and the Rose Hall inspired stained glass windows.
Knocked off one point for the following: free soda in the room (blech), ring around the jacuzzi tub from the mildewing shower curtain, dust on the bedside table but only behind the lamp (LOL!).
