I experienced supremely unprofessional behavior from a Mr. Walker recently via this location. After the experience, I asked him «may I have your boss’ name» and Mr. Walker stated that he didn’t have a boss. Strange, that later in the day I got a call from his boss, apologizing for the wildy unprofessional behavior. You don’t HAVE to go out of your way to provide customer service, but you do have to try. Mr. Walker, you failed today on so many levels that I don’t have the space to explain it all. I would avoid not only Mr. Walker, but Car Credit City in general. It is clear to me that their sales and training procedures are lacking — and there are much better options of which to partake.

I know, I know I shouldn’t have bought my car from here, but I didn’t have a big enough down payment or good enough credit to go to the «big guys»
Sooo I buy my car drive it for 8 months and it breaks down! The only answer they have for me is to take it to Firestone. Well that’s not going to happen! Anyway a new motor and clutch later it still isn’t running!!! Thank you «Car Credit City» for NOTHING! On top of all of it my payments are $ 170 every two weeks for a car that still needs more work!!! SHAME on you Car Credit City!!!
