Good selection, good sales. Installers feels like are either on their first job or their last, the quality is sub par to say the least. New carpet in a new house. I’m still pricking my feet, finding awekwardly joined seams, bulges and other inconsistencies, that’s after they’ve been called back once. Carpet One may consider paying them more. Idk. They worent my choice and now they never will be.

What a terrible company. The guys who installed the floor did a lousy job, with numerous defects throughout the install. They didn’t even finish the floor, I had to hound them to come out and complete the job. the installers kept asking what I want them to do about several things, and I didn’t know what to say, they are the so called professionals, and should know how a floor is supposed to look. We were treated poorly by the staff, they even started ducking my calls. after numerous attempts we finally got ahold of the owner, and he helped us out marginally but it shouldn’t have come to that. We have steered clear of this place since, and so have our friends. never again.
