I usually frequent the Miranda’s in McK but checked out this one a few weeks ago. Although this one is much better organized(especially in terms of prices being displayed prominently), the selection of kids and babies items was much smaller and more expensive than the McK location, which seemed odd. They did have a lot of house ware and a fair amount of adult clothes though. Also, it seems that both locations are running specials on some days of the week(all clothes $ 0.50 on Fridays, for example), so it might be good to call and get the scoop on those before you head over.

A small little thrift store packed with items. Hard to maneuver around this place but it has great stuff.

Miranda’s animal Rescue Thrift store, located in the Mytlewood shopping center, on the corner. The service counter is immediately to your right as you walk in the front door. Donations excepted at the far door down the building, right before Sal’s. This store is open seven days a week, with varying hours, most days opening at 10 am, with the exception of Sunday which is noon. Plenty of front door parking and a level lot entryway as well as ramps inside. Another great thrift store for Miranda’s Rescue. A little bit of everything, clothing for women, kids and men, outerwear, footwear, household items, glass ware, pots and pans, knick knacks, electronic devices, books and music. There is surprisingly quite a bit of stuff inside the long narrow space. Well worth the stop and effort and proceeds support a very worthy organization. another great location on the Redwood Curtain Thrifter’s circuit. 213
