I tried their prism under the 30 money back no cost trial… I cancelled in less that 14 days. Ever since they have been sending me bills for over $ 300! I have called many times. I have been assured that it was all taken care of and I don’t owe anything, each time. After close to a year they put me in collections. I replied as required, in writing, and they sent it to a DIFFERENT collection agency. I have a great credit rating and centurylink is harassing me until I give in and pay what I don’t owe. My recommendation is to RUN AWAY from anything centurylink…
