I have now had the pleasure working with Alan on two separate occasions, the first for purchasing of my house, which happened about six years ago, And the sale of my house. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional behavior and knowledgeable resources Alan brought to the table. As this was my first home buying experience, as well as my first home selling experience I can say that Alan was my first choice when picking someone to help sell my home. I had experience with real estate agents in the past that had not turned out as well, so saying that he has been a perfect resource hopefully goes a long way. He help us position the sale of our home in such a way that it met all of our needs while still maximizing this sale price of the house. Where we to continue to look for a home in the Chicago market he would be our first choice every time. We would not have been as successful installing our own without his knowledge and ability. Alan made our home buying experience not only stress free but fun! He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home and he often would point out things to us that we didn’t even notice or would just share information about the quality or use of different appliances or accessories. He looks out for the best interest of his clients and points out both pros and cons. He was very attentive to what we were looking for and extremely patient. Alan also is incredibly easy to get a hold of. If we saw a property we wanted to see that morning, he would do his best to show it to us that day. We couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of Alan.
