The lady who works her is really nice. She remembers me and is really sweet to children. The problem is they lose clothes about once a year. Once I even got someone else’s clothes in mine, but didn’t get the ones I was missing. They’re also the cheapest in the area. It’s a trade-off, especially for laundered shirts. Keep all of your receipts and use them each time to hold them accountable and you should be okay. They’re also right next to the social security office, so don’t go on Monday mornings, because parking is difficult.

This review is actually negative-5stars which I’m now creating thank you. So I’ve been going to this place on and off for the past couple if years and they were convenient for me since it’s on my route to work. The drycleaning was fine but yesterday when I picked up my drycleaning I seemed to have walked into a Korean version of the twilight zone. Let me explain: so I pick up my 10 laundered and pressed shirts and I also had a drycleaned pant… the lady/owner looks at my ticket and said in her broken English«pant not here-pick up Saturday» I said, I know I was supposed to pick it up on Saturday and it is now Tuesday so it should’ve been ready.” She looks at my ticket again and goes back in the racks to check and comes back empty and says to me again, «you supposed to pick up Saturday» I say to her again, «I know that, but Saturday has passed and it is now Tuesday.» She looks at me in a bewildered state and checks the racks again…“no next delivery is Friday!(in a raised voice as if that would help me understand) I reply«Are you shouting at me?! I’m the customer!» She responds no but pants not here, in factory.” I’m like going, what factory? Did she have it cleaned in North or South Korea? I stand my ground and said«I’m not leaving until you get me my pants and I’m not waiting till Friday or Next Saturday!» She looks once more and then finally finds my pants. She puts plastic over it and responds to me again it was for Saturday. OMG I was dumbfounded at her stupidity, lack if any customer service skill or tact. I proceeded to grab the clothes and informed her that I will never come back to this lousy place and that her placed sucked not to mention it smelled every time I came in. Find out and experience it for yourself because the place smells of fermented cabbage! There are plenty of drycleaners everywhere. Pick one and you’d do better! I

After being a regular customer for several years, I was extremely offended and disappointed when they charged extra for a larger sweater. Their price list doesn’t differentiate between sweater sizes, it simply states one price for a sweater. Whether it’s a size 4 or 8 or 16 or 24, the price stated is for«sweater» with no indication of a variable. I will not support this type of unethical business practice.

Our most favorite dry cleaner in town! We’ve brought several items here. The ladies here are always so nice, and they seem to really know what they’re doing. I trust my down jackets, wool coats and suits with them, and we recently got a pair of work pants nicely tailored. Can’t beat the 5 shirts for $ 5 deal, either. Pay in advance and save 15%. They send out coupons in mail, too. The location isn’t the best(it’s at the far west end of Evanston), but it has a large parking lot.
