Dr. Schoenberg acted like an immature baby when he performed a painful procedure on me(inserting a tube down through my nose to examine my esophagus). Just because I made a few sounds due to my extreme discomfort, he whipped the tube out of my nose, slammed it on the table, and ran out of the room in disgust. Really? Is that a professional thing to do to a patient? Once he calmed himself down, he came back in and reinserted it down my throat and I was completely comfortable with that procedure. I can’t use him as my ENT anymore due to his erratic nature.

Surgery went well! No complaints there! However, working with his office is a nightmare! At this point they have turned me over to collections for $ 100 for co-pays which were paid. Not worth the headaches…

Dr. Schonberg performed my septoplasty/turbenectomy in April of this year — and it was great. Okay, well it wasn’t «great», it was surgery for crying out loud, but I heard so many horror stories about other people’s experiences. I’m happy to report I healed quickly with no complications and can breath through my nose like never before. Thanks Dr. Schonberg!
