I had a situation at Best Buy they sold me a faulty Laptop, within 7 days I took the lap top back and «Best Buy» wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee on the Laptop the sold me. I took the refund back less the 15% restocking fee. I called LegalShield they wrote me a letter and made 1 phone call 2 weeks Later I got a check in the mail for my 15% restocking fee of $ 142.50! I Love this company!
