Description

Specialties

We are a boutique family law firm. We represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce and custody disputes.

The Law Offices of Joshua E. Stern specializes in client communication. We take pride in being transparent and responsive. There is nothing more personal than a family law case. Our clients stay informed and engaged throughout the legal process.

Family law litigation is always a last resort, but should your case require trial work, we are certainly ready. Negotiations often benefit from the pressure of a potential trial. It encourages the parties to communicate and seek common ground.

History

Established in 2012.

The Law Offices of Joshua E. Stern was founded on the belief that the family law process could be more transparent and that clients should be better informed. Regrettably, the legal profession employs outdated service models that often fail to meet the demands of people going through a family law case.

To that end, I designed and commissioned the Case Manager, a web application specifically designed for the family law client. The Case Manager provides clients with access to all of their court documents, as well as an interactive case calendar, online bill pay, an FAQ and glossary, and more. These features help clients stay organized and engaged, regardless of whether they are a busy professional going through a divorce or a single parent dealing with custody and child support issues.

Our clients are heard, informed, and empowered. Every case is our top priority.
