Specialties
I specialize in individual and marriage counseling. I help clients identify their relationship struggles within themselves and with others, then providing tools to help them move through issues. I work particularly well with depressed and anxious clients or those who have had some sort of trauma and feel like they don’t know how to change their behaviors. I was trained at the University of Chicago and the Wellness Institute in Seattle. I have worked at a community mental health agency and a psychiatric hospital. I have a passion for this work and also love leading groups.
