Commercial Real Estate Appraisal such as office buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centers, various retail properties and apartment buildings. We also do a substantial amount of commercial appraisal work for tax appeals in Cook County, IL. We also have a separate specialty of appraising Churches and not-​for-​profit institutional buildings like schools through our wholly owned company Religious Property Valuation.

History

Established in 1990.

Our appraisal business originally operated for 14 years in Chicago and is now located in Evanston IL (immediately north of Chicago). We have two MAI designated appraisers and numerous Certified General Real Estate Appraisers.

Business Owner

Gary Peterson has a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute as well as a MBA (Masters in Business Administration). He is also a Certified General Real Estate License in the State of IL and WI. Mr. Peterson is active in the Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club as well as being an active runner.
