I was referred to aamco by a good friend/​mechanic. I drove through flood waters recently and had some clutch issue and other concerns about the health of my car. The customer service was great. Best that I have had at any auto shop from original call to final hand shake. They took the time to explain some issues with my car. Also helped me distinguish which issues needed to be resolved and those that could wait. Very pleased would recommend. Ask for Jeremy.

That was literally was said to me in person the second time they «fixed» my car. Terrible service overall. I was literally lied to in person, face to face, on the cost of repair. They repaired a part which did not need to be fixed and charged a ridiculous amount to do it. They even went so far as to charge me for the tow price when it broke down on them during the test drive with their own mechanics. I can’t even begin to describe how utterly incompetent this AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care location is.

Not a good experience. Took my lifted 4×4 here to have transmission rebuilt. Over $ 2000. dollars later, picked up 4×4, stereo had been stolen, dash busted, and transmission still not right. Was told I had no warranty, due to the fact my 4×4 was a competition vehicle, therefore I get no warranty. Some competition vehicle, just a jacked up redneck 4×4. And as far as the stereo and dash, they said they guess I should turn it in to my insurance company. Wow, really!!!
