Trying to keep this to the facts:
Bought a Piaggio from Big 4, since they are a dealer.. Had a mechanical problem with it, so I took it to them for repair, since they are a dealer. Big 4 had the Piaggio for 6 MONTHS, worked on it for a total of 15 hours over that time, couldn’t fix it, then wanted me to pay over $ 500 to get my still inoperative machine back. Never had an experience like that in my life, and don’t plan too again.
