Stopped for breakfast to carry out. They first got my drink order wrong, then when I back to where I was staying I found out that instead of the sausage biscuit I ordered they gave me a Egg McMuffin instead.

Much better service this time. I did not want to return but kids talked me into it. Service was better but food could be hotter. Dining area smaller than other McDonald’s and were lucky to find a seat. Might give this location another chance.

To the rude man who took our order: I’m sorry for not knowing what we wanted as soon as we pulled up to this McDonalds. It’s been a long and stressful day, and based on your lackidaisical, f*** off tone. I can only assume you’ve also had a long or stressful day as well. I’m sorry that McDonalds doesn’t provide you with enough incentive to live up to your job’s expectations. However, next time someone politely states that they need a minute to look at your menu, give them a damn minute. It’s not like there was a line behind us. Not to mention, my boyfriend has a slight cognitive impairment due to a blast he took in Afghanistan. So yes, I may be slightly more sensitive to this situation, but you could have at least asked politely. I know working in customer service can be especially stressful,(I’ve worked in food service AND aviation customer service for years) so I make it a point to ALWAYS be considerate and polite to whoever is serving me. To the store manager: I’m willing to bet that you are the reason the employees at this location come off as exhausted and irritable. You are dismissive and abrasive. I asked you a simple question three times before you gave me a straight answer. «What is the employees name?» Your first response was, «Can I help you with something?» To which my boyfriend explained that he was upset with the service we had experienced. You then repeated yourself in an even more confrontational and rude manner. Good job one upping your subordinate with even worse customer service.
