Richard H.

Business Owner

Richard O. Hawley, Jr., is a 1984 graduate of Heritage Hills High School, graduate of DePauw University with Honors, and a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Law with Honors. He also attended the University of Chicago Business School (M.B.A. Program) on a fellowship. Rich is a past board member of the Evansville Bar Association and past chair of the Evansville Bench and Bar Committee.

In over 20 years of practice, Rich first tried complex business cases and spent more than 10 years as an insurance defense litigator. He now devotes his entire practice to assisting injured people by protecting their rights.

Rich has served as counsel for a number of political subdivisions – school corporation, town, and county. He has conducted continuing legal education presentations in multiple states. Rich has also served in numerous capacities for local charitable and educational organizations.
