DO NOT BUY VIDEO GAME ACCESSORIES HERE. Store clerk assured me GameCube controllers had long 9′ wire. Asked about policy on exchanging if not satisfied. Clerk said no problem within 2 weeks. Cords were extremely short. Brought bak next day asking to exchange for wireless GC controller. Original store clerk and manager denied any mention of exchange and refused exchange or return. BUY CONSOLE ACCESSORIES ONLINE NOT AT SUPER MEGA REPLAY. They are cheaper online.

Although they have a good selection of used games their prices are higher than average and they completely fail at customer service. I bought a copy of a used ps3 game there and after going out to my car realized that it was an older version that was no longer supported by the developer and couldn’t be used online any more. They refused to issue a refund even though the product was unusable and i hadn’t even left the parking lot. The disk may not have been scratched but it was still unusable in respect to its advertised features. The manager was very rude and seemed smug about not allowing returns. I was able to get them to let me put it towards an xbox 360 copy of the rereleased version as opposed to the ps3 version of the first release. The newer version was 30 as opposed to 10 dollars and cost more there used than it would on amazon new. I had gone there quite a few times before but i guarantee that will be my last time.

Great place to take unwanted items that are still useful and in good shape. Their prices on things for sale are rather high– in some cases higher than you would be able to buy the exact item for new at a retail location. They buy items at a reasonable price– especially if your alternative is to have a yard sale or donate it. But, you never know what treasures you may find…
