First good luck on getting a call back from them at all. Called left messages, they don’t answer the phone. We hired them to take care of a common area. Poor service, they only do the very minimum and don’t tell you if a plant needs to be replace or bring up any issues that they may have noticed. Supervisor doesn’t come out to check. We are canceling our service with them.
