No, I don’t think so. The waffle cones have gone downhill. They are now super thing and do not hold together. The amount of ice cream you get has also gone downhill. You don’t really get anything which is too bad, considering the price. I think all of these in this area may be owned by the same family or group or something… so that doesn’t make them good. Only compromises the quality and integrity of what used to be a good brand because as one changes, scrimps, goes on the cheap — so do the others.

This is a franchise that I keep coming back to because it’s consistently good quality, taste & cleanliness. Baskin Robbins franchises vary(marysville is dank & dull and their flavor selection is not so hot) but all have air conditioning! It’s not trendy, it’s traditional. The scoop sizes are standard. Don’t order a single cone and expect a huge scoop. The salesperson was very friendly, clean and patient. There are tables to sit at but only about 4. Also they had an enormous amount of frozen cakes available!

Stopped in as a favor for a colleague who wanted a cappucino blast. When I went inside, the place was desereted, not even an employee was around. I yelled out a hello and a guy came out from the back. I gave my order to him, and he started making the drink without washing his hands first. Since he wasn’t in uniform and I hadn’t seen where he’d been, I asked him if he wouldn’t mind washing his hands. He ignored me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he hadn’t heard, so I repeated myself. He turned around, said his hands were clean, and went back to making the drink. I told him no thanks and left.

This place used to be a family stop until this past couple of years. Each time I try again I always get same terrible service. This place is more concerned about pinching pennies than the customer outcome. They are so cheap with ice cream and toppings that it disappoints the whole family. When I asked for a double scoop with one topping the girl wanted to barter to get me to pay more for a sundae but then said they only offer child size scoops and that I had to pay for more than a tablespoon of topping. Never again. They argue with what the customer is asking for everytime or only give the very minimum. The others in the area ask what we want and give generous toppings with a smile
