This is the worst bath and body works store I have been too. I’ve been here a few times and every time I leave thinking I will never return. I was there on Christmas Eve and the cashiers were complaining about the customers even though we could hear them. One said «I’m over these people.» Then she was so unfriendly and bypassed getting my email address because it was taking too long. She was rolling her eyes and visibly annoyed by everyone around her. When I got home, I looked at the candle that I bought and it had been burned. Someone returned it and it was used. Wow! Will never return. The Marysville and Alderwood Mall stores are nothing like this. I’ve never seen anything like it. Rude, rude, rude!
