History

Established in 2001.

I started with ReMax NW for about a year as an independent agent. I then was hired as a Resident Manager for a 73 unit apartment building for Coast Real Estate before transitioning into a Community Sales Manager at Sundquist Homes selling new homes in Lynnwood. I then became Sundquist Homes Land Acquistion Representative as an independent agent with John L Scott. With such a diverse background in real estate I have many different experiences that are beneficial to my clients. I have listed and sold apartment buildings, vacant land, commercial properites, single family homes, condos, bank owned homes, pre-​foreclosures, restaurants, daycares, office space…

I graduated from the University of Washington with an International Studies degree. I have a passion for travelling and thought this degree would be a great fit for me and my passion. After getting into a International Sales position I didn’t enjoy the environment I was in like I had hoped. What I did find out that I enjoyed was working with clients. My friend approached me to give real estate a try and I have loved it ever since. Real estate embodies all the characteristics of a career that I love! The joy of giving someone their keys at closing is a thrill that no other job could compare to (in my opinion).
