Builders Millwork Supply

We originally met with Ed at Builder’s Millwork to discuss a design for the master closet for our new home. Our builder had recommended we reach out since they were contracted to do the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
Ed initially seemed responsive to assisting. We scheduled an appointment to see the showroom and discuss design options. While we love our bath and kitchen cabinets, we were less than impressed with quality of the materials available for the closet and didn’t find the consultation to be as helpful as we would have liked. We were really in need of some direction on the best use of space and felt like we needed to come up with our own ideas. I chalked it up to it being an «off» appointment and was hoping everything would come together with the design mockup and quote.
We had planned to move forward on a decision soon. However, we never received a quote and never saw a design for the closet. Nearly two weeks went by before we received any follow up. By that point, we decided to move forward with California Closets.
A week ago, we decided that we wanted to add some additional cabinetry/​storage in our guest bath. I decided to give Builder’s Millwork another shot and reached out to Ed again. I explained that we were looking to have this done soon. He informed me that while the cabinets were being built at their facility, it would take approximately three weeks from the time I placed our order.
We discussed having him come out to measure the space, although I was concerned it would delay things longer. I ended up taking measurements myself and relaying over the phone in hopes of moving things along. Despite having the measurements and knowing the two cabinet sizes and the finishes we were interested in, Ed informed me that it would take a few days to get back with a quote. I told him that I hoped we could see something sooner and he said he would try to get back to me within a couple of days. That was nearly a week ago and I still haven’t heard anything.
