I honestly think they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The attitude the girl who took my order gave me the biggest attitude for no reason. I will not order from them ever and I don’t recommend this place.

Terrible service. Not worth one penny. Driver took over about two hours for a 4 minute drive. Food was very dry, bad and cold. I never review but this is unforgivable .

I placed an order here at 1150pm they closed at 1am that day and it took 2 hours to get my food and I was right down the street. By the time i got it, it was cold and disgusting. On top of that the delivery guy dropped half of my food. When I called the next day to say what happened I got told I should have called to see what was taking so long.

Great food! Has to be the fanciest delivery in Everett, so if you want a quick mediocre delivery, not the place. But it’s great food, as long as you don’t want simplified

Good customer service. They messed up and didn’t deliver an order, and they apologized and made things right. Other places in Everett can’t say the same thing!

Love this place for Pizza. I find it to be absolutely delightful. I have yet to receive anything with a lack of flavor or seasoning. Haven’t experienced much more than the pizza and calzones but all are excellent. They can be a bit expensive for specialty pizza and calzone but they have some great deals every now and then.
The Quattro Queijos Calzone is the BEST calzone I have ever had in my life! STRONGLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE A CHEESE LOVER!!! Ask for some extra sauce on the side for dipping! Oh my gosh!
On Tuesday and Wednesday you can get a large cheese pizza from 4PM-​9PM and you pay what the time is. (Ex: put your order in at 4:35 you pay $ 4.35) Pretty clever idea.
Will definitely expand my horizons and update if it can get any better!

I’m not a fan sorry. I’ve gotten take out from here twice and probably will never go back.
First experience was when my friend and I ordered some take out and came back for it about 15 mins later. Nothing crazy, just two sandwiches.
When we came back to pick up the order, the girl who took our order (blonde hair) at the counter ignored us for a good ten to fifteen minutes, I swear I’m not exaggerating.
She took several phone calls, as well as several other orders.
All this time, there was a bag of food sitting on the counter, which had been there the entire since we had gone back.
Yup. Turns out that was our food.
So my friend said, «we’ve been sitting here waiting for about ten minutes. It would’ve been great if you had just given us our food because we already paid earlier. «
She gave us a blank angry stare and said she was busy.
My friend mentioned to me that he regretted even giving them a tip when we ordered and paid. Not in a loud way, but truly in regret.
The girl reached her hand in the tip jar and threw the change on the counter. She said «we don’t need your damn tip, take it back».
Wow.
We went back a few days later to talk to the owner about her behavior.
He apologized profusely and told us that the girl was not right in her actions and that he had many complaints about her. We left saying that we would try the food again but hopefully we would have better service in the future.
Fast forward to round two, about 8 months later.
Another friend had come over and wanted a pizza. Because I was new to the neighborhood at the time, I suggested this place because I knew they had pizza.
We called ahead for pick up and was told 10 – 15 mins.
SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED.
Same girl, same attitude, same wait time and same scenario.
She took several phone calls while we stood right in front of her. She did not even acknowledge us standing there for a good ten minutes.
Once again, we got a soggy piece of food that was left to steam in its container while we waited.
I honestly wondered if she did it intentionally because she remembered who I was from the previous experience, but honestly I don’t think so. I think she just has a bad and entitled attitude.
Now how about the food? Honestly, the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth but I was willing to try their food with an open mind.
Sandwiches, nothing to write home about. My steak and cheese was overly salty and because it had been sitting in its container for a while, was a little soggy and the bread was mushy.
The pizza from the second time was pretty bad. It was undercooked and the toppings kept sliding off the pizza. Or perhaps it was because it had also been sitting and steaming in its container.
If I could give this place no stars, I would.

I been eating here for years. I love the pizza I love the calzones. My kids love it. It’s good for the whole family. I recommend it

Too pricey and no taste.
My husband and i just ordered a small peperoni calzone and it was gross. There were barely any peperonis and it was rather small for $ 12. We can get a large for that price at sals pizza and he packs it full of toppings. He not cheap unlike these people. Never ordering from there again.

This is probably the worst pizza I have ever had. It is slimy and watery and lacking of flavor. It is easily compared to a pizza soup. I can not begin to describe how terrible this food is. At first I thought it was greasy but nope it ended up being just water or whateever it is so terrible. I would not recommend them in.

I usually love Chriscillas, but unfortunately yesterday I had a really bad experience. I called and ordered to pick up a large Brazilian pizza called ‘Vegetariana’ which it comes with palms of heart, mushrooms, onions, peppers and I had asked them to add bacon and sausage and I also ordered a large order of buffalo wings in which it comes with 12 pieces. First, the man who took my order wasn’t professional at all, he had asked me to hold on about 5 times within 2 minutes of being on the phone. I figured he must have been new and didn’t know much or they were just busy. So I let it go. Once I get there, my pizza was ready, I got very excited because it was very quick. I usually never check the pizza before leaving but I was so hungry and it smelled so good that I decided to take a look, when I look inside there was no palms of heart (in which is my favorite topping). I had asked the young man on the cashier about it and he told me I had ordered the ‘Veggie Pizza’ which it doesn’t come with that. I told him no that I had ordered the Vegetariana with bacon and sausage. He kind of ignored what I said and helped someone else out. That right there ticked me off, so I asked the man working in the back if he could at least add the palms of heart and throw it back in the oven for a bit. And he did so. I got my pizza back after a few minutes but was still waiting for the buffalo wings. A few mins later they handed me the rest of my order and I drove off. The box felt kind of light so I decided to pull over and check the wings too and there was only 6 pieces inside. I turned my car around to complain once again. When I got there the same young man gave me a «not again» type of look. I told him my order was wrong that I wanted a large not small, he gave me an attitude about it and said I ordered a small but I didn’t!!! I knew what I wanted and I was clear about getting a large pizza and large buffalo wings. He said he only charged me for a small and that I needed to pay more. After I had already paid $ 29 for two items, I obviously just paid the rest because I was so mad and wanted to leave there right away. But with that being said even if I had ordered a small, there was still one piece missing, because a small order comes with 7 and not 6! And again, I had to wait another 10 minutes for the wings. I drove all the way from Cambridge to Everett so by the time I got home my pizza was cold. I was very upset with the whole situation, because I was really looking forward to this meal. But like I said I love Chriscillas so I’ll be back but if I ever get treated like that again, never again will I go back and refer them to others.

The Fiesta pizza is the only one you need. Don’t get anything else.

I like this place. I really do. The pizzas are a little expensive comparing with others places but i guess they are worthy. They have traditional pizzas and traditional brazilian pizzas which are very good. i never tried the subs I not a sub person, but my coworker love it. Now, nothing is better than a cold day and a chicken soup/​broth that they have there its so creamy and it comes with a garlic bread on the side. It also come with cheese so if you dont like cheese on the soup you can ask them not to put cheese. You know what im gonna order one right now its just so good haha.

The steak tip dinner, which I ordered, came with french fries and rice. Usually at some other places you have a choice between rice or fries. I liked that you got both with the dinner. The fries were well cooked and crispy not soggy. The rice was on the plain side. It also comes with a salad that was nice and fresh. The pizza prices are on the high side. You can get a better deal elsewhere. I went there just after they opened so their was no lines and I didnot have to wait long for my order. I would go back there again.

Chriscilla’s is a good spot for pizza or a sub. They are also open late night which is pretty awesome. I disagree with most of the other reviews — I have been here numerous times and is pretty consistent. Give it a try and I think you will be pleased if you have modest expectations — let’s be honest its not a fine dining restaurant.

I used to work right across from Chriscilla’s back around 2008 – 2009 and so, at the time, it was a place I would hit weekly and rarely if ever would be disappointed.
Unfortunately, it seems this awesome little Italian-​Brazilian pizza joint has considerably gone downhill. Once a solid place to go for delicious subs and large affordable pizza, with a neat little addition of complimentary tabasco sauce, it seems as thay may be under new management or something. I have only gone once in the last year, but my visit resembled very little of past experiences. The staff seemed somewhat pushy, and the cheese pizza was seemed slightly undercooked when I got it home. I’m trying not to be too harsh with my rating since this is just one experience of many, but, judging from other recent reviewers, three stars may very well be a generous score.

I just placed an order for delivery that they said would take 40 minutes. Over 1 hour and 30 minutes later I call for the second time to check, and say that I don’t want it anymore — I’m not going to overpay for cold food that took more than twice the amount of time to deliver as they said it would.
The quality of the food and the service has been decreasing significantly. Meanwhile, the prices stays practically double those of any other pizza place. Back in the day, it was probably worth it. You can’t make your food and service worse and continue charging as if you’re still delivering a great service. Great job running a perfectly successful business to the ground.

Have started Chriscilla’s again, used to be a staple in our ordering régime, and had some bad experiences so we stopped ordering & then one day last month I decided to try them again & the BF loved, Loved, the Garlic Cheese Bread and now we are hooked again.
Its not as good as it used to be 6 – 7 years ago, but its pretty darm good… Portions are good, taste is good…
Actually waiting for delivery now & cant wait to eat it… Yum!

Service is very slow, it take a while to get your order.
the hamburgers are pretty good any of those, the pizza I’d go to Dominos instead.

So dating a brazilian guy led to eat at this place. He actually ordered it for delivery one night we were staying in and at first i was weirded out when he described it. He said «there’s corn and like a brazilian cheese sauce» I LOVE corn so I was willing to try it. it was DELICIOUS!
So the Brazilian cheese sauce tastes like ricotta to me… and yes it comes with corn and bacon and a few other toppings. It’s definately different but not that radically strange. I can’t seem to get pizza like this anywhere else. I highly reccommend it. They have a pretty extensive menu so even if you don’t like corn and ricotta you’ll find something you like.
We’ve eaten there a few times too, the have a pretty good area to sit but there’s hardly any parking. We’ve since moved out of the delivery range and have no driven back to the area in over a year but I’d love to go back sometime soon!
