Great selection and super knowledgeable staff. Came in needing some riding gear, pretty much yesterday, and they had everything I wanted and more. It will def be my go to place from now on.

My SO and I came in to browse their bikes, scooters and gear. We are not owners of a bike, but we were interested and decided to stop by.
We looked at all the bikes and spent a lot of time trying on helmets and other protective gear. The staff were very kind and informative and never once pressured us into anything. Although I was a complete noob, I felt very comfortable in the store and the staff were always nearby to make suggestions on gear and sales.
I would definitely recommend this place for their gear and customer service!

Came in on a road trip for an emergency set of tires.
My experience was unfriendly, uncompassionate and an unconstitutional raping of my god given rights as a fellow rider and a human being.

I’ve taken my bike for service here numerous times and while they do fix bike issues their customer service isn’t all that great. They have kept me in the dark and there isn’t really a priority to get the job done even when I’ve made an appointment. Zero communication. Their operation seems unorganized. I call and get the okay to come in from one person and when I get there anther person sends me away saying they are too busy. I also don’t trust how honest they are with repair prices and times and pushing for work to be done. Overall I tend to leave their shop with a negative experience.

late on a Friday, I frantically called across the country to this seller of a part I found online. I got Jason in parts on the phone and am COMPLETELY impressed at his customer service! he took it so above and beyond the traditional level of help I have received in all of my years. I needed fast shipping and first he called UPS to set up overnighting, which he offered to deliver it to the hub 15 minutes away. When I decided it was too expensive for that shipping service, he patiently and gladly gave me several other shipping options, in which he personally hand delivered my part to ship it– again, this is a Friday night– and was courteous and friendly the entire call. Very rare to be treated so well in this day and age, and they have earned a permanent customer due to this employees actions. Thank you so much!

Everett Powersports was amazing to work with when purchasing my first two wheeler. They were able to work out great financing for my commuter scooter. They work in conjunction with WMST to provide state certified classes to get your motorcycle lisence, this was also a very good place to do training.
I am very happy with my commuter scooter. It is very safe and I believe they did a good job in providing me with the right ride. They had a good selection of gear to choose from. You could find prices cheaper online for certain items, but you aren’t going to get the awesome customer service.
They really made the buyer process easy for me, while demonstrating a supportive attitude.

Worked at EPS for many years, service department always does the most they can for their customers. Not your ordinary shop. Brandon will take care of you every time and goes above and beyond. This is by far the best and most honest shop in the Northwest.

The place has it all! Best family customers ever, the service department rocks it doesn’t matter what it is. Brandon and the crew always remember me by name and treat my trouble bikes like a billion bucks. Oh and they always go above excepted. I’m sure, If I ever did have a problem or an issue they would make it right. And the tires you guys suggested for the winter riding amazing worth every penny! Thanks guys!

Absolutely love this place! The sales personal are great as is service and parts! Iv bought multiple bikes/​parts/​accessories from them and I have only bought from them since my first visit back in 2008.

Was taking a down day in the Seattle area, after a couple of months on the road, having just finished the ride down from Anchorage, AK. Tires on my Goldwing were complete toast and it needed an oil change. I checked local dealers and that’s where the good review starts. Everett Powersports was open at 0900 v. 1000 and I called them, first thing, Tuesday morning. They told me to come on in and they’d make room for a tire change. From there, just a good experience:
— Showed up after 10 and they had everything I needed and agreed to slip it in the rotation for tires, oil and filter. Told me I’d be out of there before 1.
— Put on some Dunlop Elite 3’s and their price for the tires was, aggregate, only 6% higher than my usual online store.
— They charged me a little less than two hours of labor for the work, which is reasonable and;
— They washed and dried the bike, before giving it back to me. Obviously, not a full detail, but a really nice job and it removed the month’s worth of Alcan that had accumulated on my Wing.
Darrell was the service rep and a pleasant guy and I bought a pair of summer weight gloves from an equally pleasant young lady manning the parts desk.
Over the course of 40 years, I’ve had so many disappointing experiences at Japanese brand dealers that I, generally, dread these stops. No such concern with Everett. These folks provided a great experience at a fair price and with a smile. Very nice job!

This place is great! I own a ’99 TLR that needed new tires. Unfortunately I only had cash for the rear. The first thing that struck me was, even after telling them I knew I needed to replace the front, they didn’t harass me about getting them both replaced. They informed me they would do a free inspection of several things while they had the bike in. Which they did. They also washed her!!! $ 94 an hour is pretty standard for labor, and that added inspection and wash was great extra value. It was about $ 65 and change with tax per tire. Great price. Then after finding some issues, they have me free quotes on everything. Darrell and Jeremy are both great. Wonderful experience!

After buying 2 quads and a dirt bike a couple of months ago, I called in today to get the chemicals needed to perform the first service on all 3. After telling the parts guy that I need all the fluids for my 3 bikes first service and listing of the type of machine he actually said in a very unprofessional tone «it’s going to take me a while to do your homework for you» because i didn’t have an exact list of what I needed.
Pretty much a shame because the sales department was very helpful but I will not be returning.

Best place for service! Gets kind of busy during the summer months but everyone is awesome! I recommend Brandon in service. He’s a straight shooter and very knowledgable with the bikes.
The GWTA guys are hilarious in the mornings and the fresh banana bread is awesome!

Spoke to the service department with an older bike. The «customer service attendant». Was rude and would not listen to what my issue was with my Suzuki. I had to ask him to make sure he was a Suzuki dealership due to him constantly injecting his negative opinions about my bike. Horrible customer service, total jerk behind the counter. He then said good luck finding someone who works on that thing.

A Tale of Two Service Cultures
I wanted to like Lynnwood Motoplex because it is only a few blocks from where I live and because I bought my beloved Indian Chieftain here. Over the years I have stopped in here regularly only to be ignored by the «sales» staff but I really wanted to buy an Indian and this was the only game in town. I brought my Indian in for its break-​in service and was hopeful that my run of bad luck with Lynnwood Motoplex would change. Instead, first they «lost» my appointment and then when my beautiful new Indian was ready for pick-​up after its service… its was covered in greasy hand prints. Really??? How much time and effort would it have taken to clean it off so that I would be thrilled with my new motorcycle and the service provided by Lynnwood Motoplex?
I also own a Suzuki V-​Strom and go to Everett Powersports on a regular basis. Recently a friend and I both lost the left pegs on our Kuyakyn highway pegs. I went into Everett Powersports with slim hopes that they could help me. Instead, Ben broke apart two double sets of new Kuryakyn pegs and sold my just the left pegs… instead of sticking me with having to buy two full sets. He turned my problem into his problem of having to get replacements from his rep.
Then last week I went in with a three year old broken Scorpion helmet and Stephanie not only replaced it at no cost, she also had it cleaned of this season’s dried on bugs. This was no small feat as I have been riding a lot and it was a mess! This is not only good service… this is GREAT service!
I really hope that Lynnwood Motoplex will make an attempt to turn its indifferent customer service into the kind of service that one finds every day at Everett Powersports.
