Such a disappointment. If I could give a negative star, I would. After a WEEK of ordering an arrangement online, I had found out the order I had placed on their website(with printed confirmation #) had never even been received or delivered to a family member. It was not only embarrassing but upsetting. After speaking with someone at Flowers by Adrian today, a unapologetic employee explained to me that they were out of the flower I had chosen. They didn’t «feel comfortable substituting» it with something else even though I had check-marked the option to agree they could make a «substitution of comparable, quality and value». She said to me «that is why it is important to have all correct contact information for your order». The only contact information their website(which is an outsourced company) asks for is 1 phone number. They had my home number without an answering system on file in which she exclaimed they left several messages. On what messaging system? When I mentioned they should ask for email addresses as well, she said email was unreliable. So basically she indicated it was MY fault my order wasn’t completed. In my opinion, if a company has a website for customers to order off of they should guarantee ordering online will be successful. If not, just indicate on the website to call in the order. Suffice to say, I will NOT be using Flowers by Adrian again.
