Goodyear Auto Service Centers

Went in to have the oil changed for my car since they had a coupon for service. I was told that there is an oil leak in my crank case, which was news to me since I never noticed oil on my garage floor since purchasing it. They offered a dye test and asked me to come back in a couple of weeks to see where it’s coming from. I denied the service because I didn’t believe I have a leak.
While driving home I noticed an oil burning smell, which made me wonder if I did have an oil leak. I checked the garage floor and nothing and rolled under the car and also nothing. I checked under the hood and there was a pool of oil on top on the engine. It looked like they spilled oil on the case while filling it. I cleaned up the oil, which makes me wonder why I’m doing what I paid them to do. I also noticed the air filter assembly wasn’t attached either, just laying there open.
Spilt oil on the engine and the air filter not put back in and I drove my car home while that was present makes me wonder if quality isn’t part of their workmanship. On top of telling me that there’s an oil leak and burning smell resulting of their faulty work makes me question why will I go back. Also if you dont know an air filter not attached to the engine will cause your fuel mileage to drop and not enough power as well. As someone who commutes to work on the freeway, no power will get me killed entering the freeway.
No way no how will this place get future business from me or anyone I can tell about it. Shady business practices and poor workmanship trump a coupon any day. Never again.

Thank you. It was convenience for me i drop off my car & go to the mall. Did a oil change he said it was going to take 45 mins which was fine with me I wanted to walk around the mall. Then Mike called me to say it was ready but asked if I wanted to change my 3 belts. I called the hubby to see if I should he said I should because its kinda hard & time consuming so I did. He said it would take about hr & half which was perfect cause I went to watch a movie. & they was done when they said they would be. Customer service was good & the mechanic explain & showed me whats wrong i bought home the old belts & my husband told me the same thing. I always get anxiety when taking my car in to do anything cause i trust no one but I guess it was a good call So Say the Hubby. Thanks Goodyear.

Brought my car in for a oil change brake job new belts all 100% fluids changed ie power steering, antifreeze plus both radiator hoses when i returned to get My car it had grease on the seat the steering wheel. Then when I parked in my garage and then backed out I had a oil puddle on the garage floor. You would thing when you spend almost a $ 1000.00 Goodyear would take pride in there workmanship. Up until today I was a loyal customer for the last 7 years. However the last 3 or 4 visits and I have my vehicle serviced every 3 months there but they have just gotten sloppy things like leaving the oil filler cap off grease on the steering wheel grease on the floor mats and seat. I will Not give them one more penny of my money.
A vehicle cost a lot of money and I take care of my vehicle. I expect a automotive expert to take care of my vehicle. When work is completed I don’t want to have to take it back because they forgot to put something back on my 02 Mercury Sable

Have used this place several times over the past year for tires and work on cars. This last time, it was a simple oil change and tire rotation.
Had an appt. at 3:30 on a Wed. Arrived about 3:10. At 5:15 — still waiting for my car to be done!
Absolutely, never again. Quality may be ok but the 2 hour wait, etc. is NOT worth it!
