In Sears at Everett Mall, we had trouble finding it. By optical on the first floor. They were very nice.

I was grossly misquoted at this place. I was told $ 39 with a simple deductibles, and after over an hour on our time, my bill was $ 178 (they tried to charge me $ 40 to send the checks to my house). After filling out Automatic deposit, it was knocked down to $ 138. The guy was nice enough, he did kind of poke fun at how little money I made which is inappropriate. How they approached helping me, came off as deceptive. %250 misquote is drastic, I wanted to leave and not pay and was made to feel very guilty for not complying. Never ever use H&R Block, this place completely sucks. I regret not awkwardly leaving.
