Why do owners think it’s okay to be on the phone while taking a customers order. Horrible customer service.

If you get the hankering and you’re at work early, this is the place. I just can’t seem to ever find their business hours so it’s always a crap shoot driving over there.

First off the lady was trying to take my order while talking to some girl on the phone while on speaker mode. I ordered a dozen donuts even though the selection was minimal. Maybe only about 20 types of donut, although some of the 20 were variations of each other. I seen the review saying the chocolate cover on the bismarck was burnt and it does taste burnt. Maybe it burnt the donut if the chocolate(they only had dark chocolate) went on hot. I have tried donuts in quite a few places across the US and pastries across Europe, and these donuts were not the worst but close to it. Maybe some reviewers need to get out a bit more. Please note the other Henry Donut shops might be good and my review is only based off of the Hardeson Rd location.

I’ve been eating Henry’s Donuts for 25 years. There’s a reason why they are still around and now with multiple locations. Best donuts around! But if you are used to eating the cheap grocery store bakery donuts, these aren’t for you. Henry’s are well worth the extra few pennies, made fresh, tons of flavor — I have tried evey one of them and they are all great. Better than Frost, Krispy Kreme, and Top Pot! Keep it up!

The best donuts in town. Always perfectly cooked and of ideal consistency. The bacon maple bars are fantastic as are the apple fritters. You gotta try them!

I have been here once. Partially because they are NEVER open and because the ONE time I was here last weekend will be my last. They are over priced compared to other local bakery shop donuts. They have a very small selection. ALL of my doughnuts were undercooked and doughy in the middle. I litterally tried one bite of each flavor I got and it was mush inside. Pretty pissed I spent $ 6 on 5 pieces of uncooked dough with frosting. The lady behing the counter was very unfriendly and literally didnt say one word to me. I will NOT be going back. Consider yourself warned.

Henry’s Donuts are the best! The donuts are always fresh. The only thing I don’t like about this location is that it is not open 24⁄7 like their location in Mukilteo. My favorite is the Cream Filled Chocolate Covered. Bring cash though, if you’re going to buy less than $ 5 worth. They charge fifty cents for debit or credit cards.
