Oleg and his crew did a great job cleaning my roof and gutters. He also caulked the gutter seams. All for a reasonable price. Recommend.

Oleg cleaned the neighbor’s windows which is how we found him (or he found us)! He did a great job on the windows and the skylight. we have finally found a window guy we can call on again and again!

We found Oleg via a Unilocal search after being disappointed by our previous service, Oleg came right out to provide us with a quote when I called. He worked with me to find a time that work for us. He and his team arrived on time, did an excellent job of cleaning our windows and screens, and tidied up prior to leaving. I am amazed at how quickly and quietly they worked. I should also mention that they did this work for a very reasonable price. We will be calling them again and recommending them to friends.

Oleg cleaned my gutters and blew debris from roof, then cleaned up the mess and hauled it away all for a good price. You may be able to get the service Oleg provides but he is different. I guess it always comes down to whether or not you can trust and like the person who is doing the job on your property. My neighbors and friends feel very good about hiring Oleg because he is not only likable but trustworthy. You feel good about hiring him.
We hired him again to do our windows and clean up our side yard. Our windows haven’t ever looked this good before, not even when our home was brand new! Seriously, he has the right stuff to get anything off the windows. My daughter had put window decorative gel decals on her bedroom windows and they melted! When I tried to get it out with alcohol and a razor blade, the gel stuff just smudged a coating all over her windows, so I made a bigger mess. Oleg tried a few things and it is spotless now. He knows what he is doing. I am very impressed with his service. He is a hard worker and went over and above what I asked him to do and has a positive and humble demeanor. I will hire him again and again.
I am surprised to read the negative review. Before I praise or pay anyone, I make sure they do the work and it is as agreed. Oleg did more than I asked at a great value. It is hard for me to believe that Oleg wouldn’t honor his word. I guess some people are never happy.

I hired High Access Services to pressure wash my driveway and front and back steps, as well as clean my gutters, and clean off roof debris (with air blower) and apply moss killer. I live in a residential neighborhood in Seattle, 2 story house. Oleg is a man of integrity, so I am surprised to read one negative review about him. I guess you can’t please everyone. He is hard working, honest, and easy to work with. He even notified me of some problems I didn’t know existed and asked me if I would like them treated or not — without pressure, which is rare. Easy and quick scheduling via text. Thorough clean up. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Oleg has been cleaning our roof, windows, gutters and even power-​wasged our walkway for at lest 5 years now. I keep choosing this company because OLEG DOES A GREAT JOB every time he comes

**BEWARE** I hired Oleg to clean my roof and apply moss cleaner, unfortunately I payed him before the job was complete, and he failed to complete it. He also charged me for the moss killer, and did not apply it. Now I have to pay someone else to apply the Moss killer. At that same time, I hired him to replace a patio roof and bought all the materials for him to complete the job. Oleg failed to completely nail on the new roof, and when a wind storm came, parts of the material blew off. He mistakenly only nail part of the corrugated PVC roof down, and unfortunately, the wind caused this roof to blow up and slam back down so many times during the storm, that the nail holes that he did put in, caused damage to the roofing material I bought, and now it leaks worse than before he replaced it. Unfortunately I paid him for that job too. Now he refuses to repair it, and I’m out the money I paid him, to complete the job, and the amount I paid for the now damaged materials. Oleg also left the old roofing material laying around my yard for a week, before finally hauling it away. This man makes a lot of empty promises and soon as he gets his money he is gone! If I could score this guy lower I would. He cannot be trusted to complete the job that was agreed upon, and it’s questionable whether he even knows how. **BEWARE**

Have you ever had someone who did such a good job that you didn’t want to share him! That’s Oleg. We have hired him repeatedly to work on our house and our rentals. Reliable and reasonable.
