The service was awesome, we have kids and without asking she grabbed extra napkins for us. The food was so good. We had enchiladas! Very fast turn around on receiving our food! Highly recommend this place.

Worst service ever, waiters were extremely rude to us, waited more than 15 minutes for them to even bring us a glass of water, and when we asked again, the waiter looked at us and turned away, got us the water and slammed it on the table. After that we ordered the food, didn’t refill our water at all even after we asked him so we asked the other waiter to bring us some water while we wait for our food, he brought the water and laughed. Anyway, we got the food… Finally, and we started eating, ran out of tortillas so we asked for more from the manager and he got angry at us and said how many do u want so I said a full side order, he took the plate and came back with a plate of 2 tortillas. Finally I asked for the check and I mentioned that I have a Groupon so he said then if you have a Groupon I’m not gonna get you the check 2 times I don’t have time to do that so follow me to the counter!!! This is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen in my whole life. I think that they shouldn’t even be working in a customer service environment, the food was alright but the attitude of the staff was just obnoxious and rude. I will make sure to put the word out about this location. Cheers

This place always has good food and friendly service. The workers are always smiling and every time I eat here I get prompt service. The food makes me sick only because I eat to mutch of it. and I need to be carried out with a hand truck. any way good food friendly service and clean environment. what more can you ask for in a Mexican restaurant.

Favorite Mexican restaurant. Great food and great service! We have been long time patrons and are never disappointed!

I wish we never went here. The food was overpriced Americanized garbage. I wish i just didn’t even eat it. My husband and I both have food poisoning. Overpriced food and now I’m horribly sick.

The absolute worst skirt steak fajita I’ve ever had. Chewy and tough. No flavor I couldn’t even eat it. But, service was friendly and everyone else seem to be enjoying themselves. I actually do not feel well, something just wasn’t right.

Bustling business.
Ordered the tortilla soup, and the chicken is grilled and extremely tasty. The camarones are excellent. Everything is seasoned exceptionally well.
That being said, if you have sensitive taste buds, be aware that it all is somewhat hot — and by that I mean picante. Especially the salsa. Very good, but hotter than you usually encounter
The service is top of the line.
I’m glad I used a Groupon, because the prices are a bit higher than I’m used to seeing when buying Mexican food, but I’d come back without one.
The parking lot is large and with good reason.

Have been here before and don’t remember it being this bad. terrible service, me and my wife were practically the only ones in there around 4:30pm. Paid $ 31 for appetiser nachos and 2 drinks wtf?! the «supreme» nachos were crap. couldnt find any ground beef, counted the tomatoes diced slices at 7, a grade schooler could make better. Also took 15 minutes to just order, had to wait about 10 minutes to get more chips and salsa, WTF?! an even a water. Was it siesta time? no because i saw at least 6 employees wandering around but nadda. Never again! EVER!

I got food poisoning here. Nice atmosphere though. Just not the part where I got sick for a week.

Went tonight and was very disappointed! First it took forever to place our order, then when we got it the «tamale» was not even close to being a tamale, the waitress took it back and brought an enchilada and I have been sick for over an hour! DONT SEND THE FOOD BACK! Then you get to chase them down to get your Bill! It was really good back in the day, but not any more! Very overpriced! Time for us to find a New place!

Bomb food. Come hot and fresh. The food is defiantly better than other Mexican places.

Tried this place over Memos since it was right by my house. Huge mistake, they are like 3 times as expensive which would have been fine if the food was actually high quality but honest Memos is better.
That alone would not make me give them a one star though, what makes me do that is the fact I ordered take out, they have no prices on their online menu so I ask for the totalover the phone. Well, the guys said it would be 20.89. Fine, that’s kind of pricy but whatever.
When I went to pick up the food however, I was told it was 30.98. That is super lame that the people who work here have no clue how much there food is.
Anyways, next time I will just drive the 15 minutes to go to Memos.

Great little lunch place! Salsa is excellent (spicy so if you like it mild you may not enjoy). Food came out hot and fast was very good and tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Food was actually pretty good. Offered a fresh tortilla with salsa on the way to our table. Once we ordered good arrived very quickly.
Problem was our waiter. It took 10 minutes to get our drink order placed then when we were finished we waited another 15 for a box and eventually had to flag down our busser to get the check. Then they shorted us $ 20 on our change and we didn’t notice until we were home.
Maybe get something to go but I would never dine in again.

I eat here regularly with my husband a few times a month, the food is great and always consistent, employees are super friendly, the portion and prices are good.
We usually get seated immediately, but if they are busy you might be waiting a while to get drinks or even order your meal, but its worth the wait and I would recommend this place to anyone.

MUY BUENO!
Strong drinks, delicious food, friendly staff, and overall fun atmosphere. The restaurant includes two sections: a dining room with booths and tables for large groups and bar area with 4 booths and lots of available bar tables. I prefer this location over the Mill Creek location based on its overall layout and quality of service.
The staff will occasionally play tricks on its diners (involving ketchup bottles, falling coffee cups, falling spiders). Food and drinks every time I dine here is always predictable.
My recommendations and go-to’s here include the following: enchiladas, chili colorado, deep fried ice cream, nachos, and any of their margaritas.
We do not live in the area but feel it is worth the drive because of the quality of food and service and always satisfies our mexican food cravings.
This La Palmera is located near a Walmart and Home Depot for those that like to walk off some calories after a large meal.

Let’s start with the pros!
The food was stellar. Normally when I go to a restraunt and they say something is spicy, it’s not. Like, at all. I can’t remember what I ordered, but it was amazing. So spicy! When my husband and I arrived, they where fairly busy, but we were seated right away which was great.
Now for the cons.
We waited for about 30 minutes before anyone even came to ask us if we wanted anything to drink, and to be honest with you, I believe that no one knew we hadn’t been asked! As I mentioned, they where a bit busy, so I understood. For the first 10 minutes. After that, the place had cleared out. The staff had even cleaned all the tables! We waited another 20 minutes.
After that we hardly saw our server until the bill came.

I live right by this place so I eat here more often than other restaurants. They have a great Group On right now you’re aloud to repurchase it 10 times. $ 15 for $ 30. I don’t really like how the front of the house has really open searing. Like a «U» shape, there is Absolutely no privacy. Its like you’re on display.
Not a huge deal tho, we just sit in the bar.
Just like most Mexican restaurants, bottomless chips and salsa and great portions. I’d definitely choose this place over any other Mexican place in South Everett.

The best salsa; spicy and flavorful. The staff are friendly and the food is good. I won’t give it a full 5 stars because the service we received was slow. We awkwardly sat in our seats long finished with our chips and salsa for well over 30 minutes before our waiter took our order.

Still my favorite Mexican restaurant.
My wife and I stopped in here for a quick snack and brew before running some errands.
The chips are light and warm with the right amount of salt. The salsa has great heat. The refried beans are smooth and flavorful.
We each ordered a pint of Mexican brew for $ 4 (HH price).
Happy hour runs daily from 2pm-​6pm then again from 9pm-​close in the lounge only.
For our snack my wife ordered a ground beef quesadilla for $ 4 (HH): flour tortilla with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, olives and lettuce.
I ordered the chicken taquitos for $ 5 (HH): rolled flour tortillas with chicken. Served with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, onions and olives.
