Lakeside Endodontics

I recently visited Lakeside Endodontics. The staff was very professional and friendly the minute I walked into the office. I was very impressed how comfortable they made me and even turned down the lights to help me relax during my root canal procedure. I still can’t believe that I actually fell to sleep! I have never done this before in a dentist office. Dr. Cohenca and Dr. Etemadi are both amazing doctors and I would highly recommend Lakeside Endodontics to everyone. Thank you for a positive experience.

Blown away by my experience here! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt important. So many «at home» comforts presented, from pillows and blankets, to drinks. Dr. Etemadi even let me use his phone to listen to Pandora during the procedure. I experienced NO pain whatsoever. Such an awesome office, staff, and Dr! Thank you!

AMAZING! Do I ever want to have to go back for a root canal procedure? No. But I shouldn’t ever need to, because Dr. Etemadi is amazing!
You will be treated as though you are the only person in the world that matters because he will make 100% sure you are comfortable at all times. He is fast, thorough, available for all questions, and absolutely knows what he is doing. Example: my tooth was killing me for a month after a 2^nd crown prep and I was waiting/​hoping that it would settle down so I could avoid a root canal procedure. From experience he knew it was irreversible pulpitis, knew it would not resolve on its own, knew it would take two appointments to complete the treatment, knew that when my cheek started swelling after the first procedure that I absolutely did not need antibiotics but rather time and ice (he was spot on; my dentist’s office suggested I probably needed antibiotics, but I didn’t)… He’s not guessing at anything here; he knows what he’s doing! His staff is equally wonderful; I called probably every day to make sure my healing symptoms were normal. They never got annoyed with me but rather assured me that all was going exactly as it should.
The actual procedure itself is something you don’t really want to do every day… drilling, suction of tooth fluids (you can see them getting sucked up the tube), weird smelling things being placed into your tooth: Get the nitrous and bring something to listen to (one earbud in and one out so you can still talk with him) and you’ll be good-​to-​go! He will take very good care of you!!! Good luck!!!

I was so impressed with dr Etemadi and his team. The waiting area was very nice and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the receptionist even asked me if I wanted a drink/​coffee. While i was waiting i asked if they had wifi, which they do not, but the receptionist offered to call and get the password to the wifi at a shop downstairs. You don’t get that kind of treatment very often when going to a Dr! The whole team were very professional and truly cared about my comfort. Dr Etemadi was very gentle. If I ever need another root canal, I will definitely come back to him!
