I have lived here for a few months now and recently found out that the park managers have lied to me about the status and crimes of a sex offender they welcome into the park on a regular basis.
The offender is a level ii after repeatedly molesting 5 and 6 year olds. He was ordered no contact with anyone more than 24 months younger than him. He was also convicted of voyeurism. This information is readily available on the Snohomish county sheriff’s website.
I have a 4 year old son. There are a few other small children in the park currently, as well. Some of which were allowed to have physical contact with the offender.
When confronted, the managers said that it wasn’t a big deal. We will be moving ASAP.
