My wife and I have been very satisfied with the quality of Mercia’s service, her professionalism, and her reliability. This is the first time we decided to have our home professionally cleaned and have found it to be a worthwhile investment. Mercia pays great attention to every detail, and we highly recommend her!

Based on Unilocal reviews, I check out Mercia’s website, then called and talked to her.
The website says she is insured, which is important to me. She said she would send her cousin to estimate the job, which was fine, since I assumed they would be working together.
When the cousin came, I asked again about the insurance to confirm that they have it. The cousin said Mercia has insurance, but she herself does not. She said that Mercia wouldn’t even be doing the job because she is all booked up.
Certainly not what I expected. Too bad, because I need a good, reliable cleaner.

Mercia has always left the house looking spotless. She is extremely reliable making sure to check in the day before every scheduled appointment and has never presented her work as anything less than perfect.

Two days before moving into a new apartment I realized it needed a very, very good cleaning. Found Mercia through Unilocal,and she was able to come out the following day. She fought through some pretty nasty grim and really saved our move for a reasonable price.

So I am a mom and I work 50+ hours a week. I just needed two cleanings a month.
First we had a woman who was great but had to leave, then we got Merry Maids who at first was great but then they switched management and were awful because they lost some of their best employees!
Then I found Mercia who had wonderful reviews on here and they were RIGHT!
Shes GREAT! She cleans just like how I would, dusts just right and always leaves her mark of good elbow grease. They say that good service is hard to come by these days but Mercia puts that term to shame.
Hire Mercia and you’ll never go back! Shes the lean mean (actually really sweet and nice) cleaning machine!

Mercia came to our home before providing an estimate. I thought this was very good of her to do, to ensure she was properly quoting us. Her prices far beat any of the places I called (I had called about 4 – 5 local people/​companies). Originally we called for a 1 time cleaning but her prices were so good we have asked her to come on a monthly schedule. Now, it’s been two weeks and my kids have reversed the amazing work and I think I will call her in sooner. Not only is she a super great cleaner, she is super nice as well. My kids love her!!! Wondering how clean is clean? She even cleaned my stainless steel trash can — it’s never looked so good! And, the buners of our over look brand new! She will concentrate on anything you ask her for. Good to note — she uses white vinegar on wood floors (we have throughout), which we prefer over someone who uses Murphy’s oil soap (Murphy’s leaves residue). They came out amazing! Thanks Mercia!
