Metropolitan Air Conditioning /​Heating, Inc. was founded in the 1950′s. The current owner, Phillip Polcaro, worked at the company before purchasing it in 1980. Since then, he has been providing the greater Boston area with HVAC products, maintenance, and repairs that can’t be beat.
