I have been a difficult customer in the last 3 weeks by my own admission. I have had screw on backs for some earnings done, and WOW! the quality in the work is without compare! the lady who has helped me is without a doubt excellent in customer service. I needed the earnings quickly and BOOM! it was done and I can’t say enough, well until now.
I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet for my girly for Christmas. I am great at buying, just not so swift in the uptake making sure it fits. It didn’t fit. Not at all, so I took it in and asked for it to be lengthened. I thought I would be told something could be done, but don’t expect a miracle. Those words never. came out of the mans mouth. Instead what he did was add an inch from another bracelet! The addition looks fantastic. I never imagined such a nice repair could be done. I know, if you’re reading this you’re asking PRICE WHAT’S THE PRICE! That part of my adventure is the best part, reasonable. Very very reasonable. when I was told the price both times I was amazed. I paid 120.00 for screw on backs and I paid less then that here.
I live in Bothell, I could find a joint to do repairs here but why? I found the BEST in Everett. These very kind people will see me again and again. If you want to save a lot of money, get your booty on a bus, bicycle, kick scooter, or piggy back ride. You will thank me and meet a new friend.

I had to researched jewelry stores because I had lost a diamond in my wedding ring and was looking for a very good, reliable place to have it repaired. I found Middle East Jewelry by web reviews and from the moment I walked into the store, I was so impressed by the friendly service, the care and detail in taking the time to talk with me about my ring. I had no hesitation leaving my ring and the time in which is was repaired was amazing. Not only did he fix the lost stone and its setting, but had shown me that many of my prongs were in need of support and care. He fixed all of the prongs by building it up where it needed and taking the time to make sure the details of the fix were precise and beautiful. There was no extra cost to this, it was just their professionalism and attention to my ring which was so impressive. I will always use this store from now on. Thank you so much!

I went in to get my engagement ring cleaned before my wedding. At first the couple quoted me for $ 12, just to get it cleaned. I was surprised as most places will do it for free, but since I was in a hurry I said okay, go ahead. The lady chatted with me and she was very, very nice and personable. I will say that. I’m just reviewing the service I had, the ring cleaning. She said since I am a college student, she would do the ring cleaning for free if I reviewed their business. I said okay. Now, I believe in honest reviews though… because I did choose to stop in here rather than a different place because the reviews were so good here — but I have to wonder how many of them were asked by the business owner to be given. We chatted as she cleaned my ring (again she was very very nice). She gave it back to me in a small piece of tissue paper. I looked at it immediately and noticed it didn’t really look any less cloudy than when I came in. I said thank you and left, glad that I didn’t have to pay $ 12 for no noticeable change. Luckily I had to stop by the mall for something else right after, and dropped my ring off at Ben Bridge to be cleaned. Even though I’d never been a customer there, they cleaned my ring in half the time, and didn’t charge me a cent (or even initially say they would) or ask for a review. At Ben Bridge, my ring came out sparkling like new, and they gave it to me in a little pouch with a zipper closure and everything.
So unfortunately I won’t be going back to M.E. Jewelry/​Middle East Jewelry again…

Amazing work! This is my 2^nd visit here and once again they have done a fantastic job! I took a ring that I wasn’t very happy with into them to see what could be done with it. They took the time to find out what I liked and didn’t like about the ring and then found the perfect ring for my stone. The stone, an Alexandrite, now shows off all the facets and color variety that it’s supposed to. I am so happy with this ring! Once again a superb job and very reasonable pricing. Definitely my «go to» place for jewelry repairs and updates!

This place is amazing! If u want it they will do it! Sara is amazing! Along with her staff. They go beyond the extra mile for u!!! We will always do our jewelry business there!!!

I had a great experience they are very helpful and have a fast turn around time. Beautiful jewelry everywhere. This place is way better than spending an arm and leg at kay jewelers. Happy that I can support a small business with great service.

Today I looked at my wedding ring and found that one of the prongs holding my stone was broken. I was close to the Middle East Jewelry store so I had them look at it. He stopped another job and did my wedding rings in a couple of hours while I waited. I was recommended to them by another very pleased customer and now I am going to use them for all of my jewelry and recommend them to all of my friends. They are ½ the price as the mall and hands on, not sent away to who knows where. Beautiful Job! My rings look like new!
I feel so much better now that these are fixed, these rings are 28 years old and this is the first time I had them repaired, he did more than I asked and for a fraction of the cost of other jewelers. I had fun watching him work too!
Oh yes the coffee is so good and the lady that helped me was so kind!

My wife had her ring worked on and they did a great job at a great price, it was half the cost of what Ben bridge quoted us. Great shop at a great price for anyone who needs work done or wants to purchase one of a kind hand made jewelry

I am surprised by the other bad review, I had a very good experience here. I had 2 14k gold rings re-​sized, both were complicated because they were each multiple rings soldered together (1 wedding set and 1 right hand ring). Initially he quoted me a price above my budget, so I was just going to do my wedding set, but he recalculated out what he could do on the re-​size and came up with a fair price.
The work was done next day and looks great. I am happy with my 2 rings. I would recommend them.

Yippee! I had tried to set a stone in a simple sterling setting. It didn’t work out very well! So I showed up here to see if it could be ‘saved’. Sara at the counter is very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk with. Ahmed, is a 3^rd generation bench jeweler who is just as nice and is the «go to person» for all jewelry work! Do you realize how few jewelry stores have a ‘bench’…the person who does the REAL work in jewelry!!! For a reasonable price my stone and setting was made useable and I’m ready to enjoy it. I’m also ready to come back whenever I have a jewelry issue that needs ‘help’… These folks are great!
There are a number of other reviews, but evidently people didn’t mark the stars or something since they didn’t show up on my first search. I’m not the only one that has found them and love what they do. They are in a very nondescript location, but plenty of parking in the parking lot. It is an enjoyable and personalized jewelry experience in a world that lost this aspect a long time ago…

Great jewelry repair and sales store. I was very pleased with the custom pendants they helped me create. I needed the stones set and some goldsmithing done, and the results were spectacular. I’ll go back the next time I need any jewelry fixed or a stone set or reset.
They also had many beautiful items for sale. Most appeared to me, to be of much higher quality than one would find in a mall or large chain type store.
If there is a better place in the Everett area to get fine jewelry taken care of, I couldn’t find it.

As far as I’m concerned this is the ONLY place to have jewelry repaired or serviced. I took my wedding set in just days before having to leave for a trip (I had discovered that my diamond was loose) and asked if it was possible to have it repaired before I left. They were able to repair the claws, downsize the entire set and have it ready in time. The workmanship is superior and the pricing is excellent. I will be back again! My wedding set has never looked so good. I have a ‘jacket’ surrounding the engagement ring that right from day one never looked quite right. The spacing around the engagement ring was uneven and too big. NOW, it’s perfect! When I got my set back, he had adjusted the jacket to fit snugly and evenly around the engagement ring and it looks 100% better. I love my ‘new’ rings!
