I first contacted Eric 3 years ago but was never able to go through the kitchen remodel as planned because I was laid off. I remembered Eric and his responsiveness and immediately contacted him again for our kitchen remodel. He was busy but was still able to fit us in his schedule. Eric provided a project schedule and was very helpful in walking me through the process steps. That made me feel comfortable and less stressed. I was able to prepare to be without a kitchen for 2 – 3 weeks! It was definitely not easy but we managed. In the end, Eric did an absolutely outstanding job. The cabinets were taken down and all the dirt was swept. The new cabinets arrived on time and were installed nicely! Tanner did an outstanding job there. Immediately, the countertop guys that Eric recommended came and did a template. As soon as they were done, Eric started with the backsplash! It all came out beautiful! I will hire Eric in a heartbeat for future remodeling projects. He’s a pleasure to work with. His kind, honest and prompt service are priceless! My family and I are very grateful. Kudos, Eric!!!

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. My husband and I bought a dated 1926 Craftsman 2 years ago. We worked with several contractors over the last 2 years and the best, by far, was this company. I cannot recommend NWPR enough. I tell my friends that Eric is a general contracting genius. When we started our latest project we had several bids. NWPR’s was tens of thousands less than another and he immediately found a flaw in our plan that the other bidders overlooked. NWPR started on the agreed upon date, finished the project on time, did EXCELLENT work, and cleaned up after themselves every single day. There was no nonsense, no excuses, and no unexpected hidden costs — Pure professionalism. We are so happy to have found this company and know that we will be using them many, many more times in the future. Our neighbors were so impressed that they hired them as well. Having a good contractor in the Seattle area is worth gold — we know because we have worked with several clowns. We will never trust our home to any company but NWPR again.

Our finished product is 3 beautifully remodeled bathrooms. We are loving the gorgeous tiling in the showers and tub surrounds and enjoying all of the new surfaces! Great attention to detail in the workmanship and as I said the overall result is just so nice. You also should know the journey was as good as the result. Eric and Tanner were always respectful of our home and family. The work areas were always left clean at the end of the day, shoes came off and drop cloths were put down as needed. The projects were completed quickly and they were happy to work with us in the design or when we had any questions. Remodeling can be a difficult process but hiring Northwest Precision Remodeling was a fortunate decision and they made our projects as good as we could have hoped for. It was really a good experience and we’ll be looking to work with them again in the near future.

Eric Thorpe, owner, was prompt, always accessible, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He had great suggestions and listened to all of my concerns. My partner, Dan, and I hired Eric to remodel our condo kitchen. It turned out better than we’d hoped for! He hung cabinets, installed sinks, did a fabulous job on our backsplash and then took care of other small details around our place. It’s not just his talent as a craftsman that we appreciated it was his professionalism! I highly recommend him!

We contacted Eric when our previous contractor bailed on our kitchen renovation job. He came out promptly and gave us a fair estimate, and took our timeline into consideration. He was able to coordinated with his partner contractors to work with the timeline which was much appreciated during the busy renovation season (summer). He and his partner contractors did an excellent job updating structural support, and installing electrical circuit, cabinet, backsplash and appliances. He acted in the best interests of the owner — we had a few hiccups along the way, such as delay in delivery, but he either took the responsibility to resolve the issue or work with you to plan out next steps. Even after the renovation is complete, he still promptly answers my questions. Thanks so much, Eric.

Just finished a full condo remodel including kitchen, 2 bathrooms, walls, doors, closets.
Eric is very skillful and precise. He does most of the work himself. I would definitely recommend him and hire him for the next job.

Eric remodeled one of our bathrooms for us and we liked his work so much that we contracted him and his crew to remodel our other 2 as well! This team has an eye for detail and, most importantly, they are trustworthy and honest. We will certainly higher them in the future for any repair or remodel service that we need.

I sent them a request for a bid on a remodel. Didn’t respond until a week later. I did however, have him come and take a look at what I needed to have done. He took measurements said he would send me an estimate the next day and I never heard from him. To me that is a sign of someone who is unreliable. No thank you.

Eric is professional, meticulous, and does wonderful work. He did a wonderful job building our new fireplace mantel from scratch and laying the tile for the surround. This job required a lot of detail and he managed to complete it all in a timely fashion, in our budget, and with great detail. Some of the other work he did on this project: installed new lighting, removed a window, put up new drywall, installed new wood flooring to match existing flooring, built custom shelf to hang television, painting, staining, and clean up. I highly recommend Northwest Precision Remodeling for any custom design job.

I just this past week had a new French door and Hickory hardwood flooring installed at my home by Eric, with Northwest Precision Remodeling. His business title includes «Precision», and let me tell you that is really accurate! Eric is fast and efficient, but meticulous in the installation of everything he works on. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work.
In fact, now we notice how sad everything else in the house is looking, so Eric will definitely be back here on several more projects!

Eric (owner of Northwest Precision Remodeling) is very professional, dedicated, skilled, responsive and insightful individual who demonstrated the utmost complete attention to detail. He worked diligently to get every part of our remodel project (floors/​tiles, granite countertops, cabinets, painting and other miscellaneous stuff) perfect. He listened and provided great suggestions. Excellent job all the way and very fairly priced. I had really bad experience with my previous contractor so know how much it matters to have a good one. Eric was really superb! Totally recommend him.

I also recently had NWPR replace a very old sliding door with a french door. Excellent job, fast and professional!
