Brandon is a world class pro through and through. I have worked with him on numerous occasions over the last couple of years. Knowledgable, thorough, and professional. My husband and I are in the final stages of buying our first house. We met Brandon through the recommendation of our real estate agent.
When we arrived Brandon was already outside and after introductions starting pointing items out and explaining different things with the exterior of the home. Throughout the whole process my husband and I felt included and very informed. Brandon is also a firefighter — we really loved this aspect as he pointed out extra items throughout the inspection. Since this is the first house for both of us we had our families tell us what to listen for and what to ask if he didn’t include it — he went above and beyond what we expected. His report come in the next day and now is very easy for us to prioritize what we need to do.

Brandon was recommended by my mother who also hired him for a home inspection recently. He was very thorough and helpful. The inspection report was delivered the next day electronically. I will use his company for my next home purchase.

I am about to close on my first home, so needless to say that there is a lot of stress and pressure that comes along with the process. On Point Home Inspections was referred to my wife and I by our real estate agent. We met with a man named Brandon who is also a firefighter. He was kind enough to meet with us in a very quick fashion after completing (what I am sure was exhausting) a shift at the fire station.
My father and my wife’s father are men of a different era. Need new flooring down, call Dad. Need a new window installed, call Dad. Need some new electrical wiring done, call Dad. You need to understand today’s technology, they call me. So fair to say that I am completely green and have no idea what I am doing in a home. Thankfully Brandon was our inspector who provided great guidance to my wife and I.
He took the time out to explain concerns he had or answer our questions, such as how to service the water heater and air filters. Recommending a new vent on the roof for the dryer and explaining why. He was very personable and I could not have been happier with the service provided.
I will be forever recommending this company to any of my friends and family who are going to buy a home in the area. Fantastic job and service.

Brandon inspected a town home I am purchasing and was incredibly easy to deal with. He had no problem working around my busy work schedule which can be definitely be a hassle. He was on time, (early actually, already taking some time to get on the roof ahead of time since I wouldn’t be accompanying him up there) very thorough and super friendly.
The fact that he includes thermal imaging is a great plus for seeing information naked to the human eye. His reports that he generates are exceptional. From a consumer standpoint they are informative and detailed and easy on the eyes — a big plus.
I would use Brandon again without hesitation and refer him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Brandon inspected the house we are buying in Arlington, and we are very happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything, top to bottom (roof to crawlspace). He even found things we didn’t see — and they weren’t little things that could have slid by, they were things that needed our attention.
He was always very flexible during the times when we had to reschedule, and t herre were several of those!
