Osborne Appliance

Same as basically all the other reviews. RON IS THE WORST!!! I didn’t even have a chance for him to look at my appliance bc he didn’t show up to our appointment even though he had called the night before to confirm it. When I called to check in if he was still coming, all he said was he had scheduled me for the wrong day & had a doctors appointment to go to then HUNG UP ON ME. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was very lucky that this was through my home warranty and could get a different company to look at my appliance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The reviews are true, the WORST company! Ron completely forgot our appointment the first time. So, we rescheduled for a week later at 10am. At 10:30 I called (no answer) and texted him to remind him of our appointment and be sure he was coming.
I thought my simple confirmation inquiry was the reason he was such a jerk when he showed up. Now after reading the other reviews, I know its because he is just another A-​Hole walking around the earth hating people for existing! He didn’t say hi when he walked up, wouldn’t look me in the eye, walked straight into my kitchen and said, «What is it?» I showed him the problem and in the middle of my sentence he said that my dishwasher needed some part.
He didn’t have the part and said he would have to come back. Didn’t say when or how long it would take, only that he would be back. In fact the only thing he was really clear on was that I had to write a check to him personally for the service call.
Needless to say he never showed back up that day. SHOCKER! I had to call him and find out that he wasn’t coming. SO, we scheduled his return at 3pm the next day. While I am out running errands like a normal person, he calls an hour early and asks why I am not home!!! I rush home to meet him by 3pm as planned, and then he is 1 hour late! I had to call him again to be sure he knew that I expected him to show up. I could go on but I think you get it. WTF! THE WORST… EVER! Don’t use them!

I have used Ron before for my appliance. He was 2.5 hours late today for the appt & charge $ 75 for an opinion rendered within 2 minutes of arrival. On top of that, he asked that the check be written to his name personally instead of to Osborne. A total rip off & unprofessionalism.
Buyer’s beware!

These guys are terrible. Absolutely the worst. After asking us what the problem with our refrigerator was, they finally came out to look at, diagnosed the problem and it took over a month for them to get the part and come back to fix it. When they returned and replaced the part, the refrigerator stopped working the next day and we can’t get a response from them. DO NOT USE THEM.
