Probably the best tasting cheesesteaks around. It’s in a very strange location among warehouses along highway 99. I go for the steak, onions and pepper sandwich and on occasion get fries. The bread is soft, the meat tasty and all very decent.

My oh my. If you are looking for an amazing tasting lunch and have no concerns about eating healthy for the day — hit this place up! Best Philly sandwiches is Seattle by far. Make sure to have time to nap afterwards though because you wont get anything done for hours after that giant sandwich!

strange location and a funky little parking lot, the food is pretty amazing and the owner is a friendly individual. I did not find my sandwich to be super greasy which was nice. Check them out good food!

This little place is tucked away in a business complex and its a hidden jewel! The food is always plentiful, fresh, and makes my mouth salivate every single time I walk in! Today I had the huge pastrami sandwich and the cheesy garlic fries! Mmm mmm mmm!!! Clean, cute little tables with bench/booth type seating, and worth a tiny wait to taste those delicious sandwiches!

Let’s face facts. When you get a cheesesteak in WA they are terrible. The meat is cut too thick, cooked too much and is offensively loaded with onions and peppers. That is not the case here. The cheesesteaks are fairly close to authentic tho the bread is a lot softer. That aside they are good. I have had the beef and chicken. My favorite is the beef. In Philly my favorite is chicken. Definitely worth a stop if you want a good cheesesteak.

I was raised in central Pennsylvania, and lemme tell you, I’d match this place against Pat’s or Geno’s any day. best cheesesteak I’ve had outside of Philadelphia itself. it’s such an odd location — commercial park between RV and car dealerships — that it never appealed to me just driving past. it took the recommendation of a close friend and dragging my wife in for us to realize how amazing the cheesesteaks are. we’ve been three times in as many weeks and will hopefully be back frequently. I loved the standard(#3) and the mushroom. the garlic/cheese fries and mozzarella sticks are legit too! it puts me in mind of all the small family run delis and pizza places around PA/Jersey/MD. love it.

This place is the reason Unilocal was invented. OK, not the whole reason but part of the reason. The main reason was to help people find great food but the secondary reason was to warn people away from bad food and bad service. This place’s food isn’t bad but it’s definitely mediocre. Let’s focus on the service. I’ll admit that this happened a few years ago but people are always asking me about this place so I decided I should finally write a review. I actually filed a complaint with the BBB at the time this happened so that should give you an idea of how bad these guys are. I had a daily deal type coupon for buy one, get one. They told me that I couldn’t get it to go. I told them I couldn’t eat two full sized cheese steaks in one sitting. They told me I had to eat both of them right there, right then and I wasn’t allowed to take any portion of it off the premises. They refused to even give them to me unless I agreed to do that. I still can’t believe the way they acted. They then sat and glared at me while I ate the food. I should have just told them to bite me and taken them anyway but I was in total disbelief and I wanted to see what else they would do. I honestly can’t believe they’re still in business. I guess if they’ve changed ownership in the past 5+ years and that horrible lady who owned it when I ate there is no longer part of the operation, maybe it has improved but they should have changed the name if that happened because as long as they have the same name then the earth is salted there for me. As for the food, They ignored my request for light peppers and onions and the meat was very gristley. I wouldn’t have eaten there again even if they hadn’t provided me with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

We were craving Philly Ya Belly for dinner this evening after our incredible experience 2 weeks ago. I ordered a #21 cheese steak with mushrooms and bell peppers. DH ordered a #19 cheese steak with mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. Both these sandwiches were size small and we ordered a small garlic fries to share. This was my first time trying garlic fries and they were absolutely delicious! They had just the right amount of finer minced garlic on top. The fries themselves were crispy and super fresh. The sandwiches completely hit the spot and were sooooooo yummy! We kept a quarter of our sandwiches for later and I can’t stop snagging bites :) I noticed they lay the cheese in the bread first and then lay the hot meat which is why the bread holds so wonderfully throughout this gooey goodness. The roll tasted so good and definitely a perfect complement. The customer service at the counter was great! The lady that helped us was very sweet and our call ahead order was ready upon arrival. This place is a gem to have in the area and the cheese steaks are top notch!

Best cheese steak sandwich place I found so far. I’ve been coming back to this place since 2005. Quality has never gone down and the food here is awesome. Everyone I recommended this place to has come back raving how good it is. Now they seem to eat there quite often. I’ve been to philly and the food here is close to it. Some people may be turned off cuz the price is a little high($ 9.99 for a large deluxe) but the taste is worth it. Couple a deluxe original with garlic cheese fries and a drink you have a $ 15 meal. A best kept gem in Everett. Try it and you’ll like it!

Awesome cheese steaks! By far the best. These beat out the east coast cheese steaks from Philly. I wish there were multiple locations like one down south and I’ve mentioned this to the owner. I don’t give it five stars only because the price. Don’t get me wrong it’s worth it but for the price maybe throw in some fries. Because of the price I don’t go as often as I would like.

Really great place. I had never heard of it before finding it on Unilocal and I’m glad I did. It was delicious. I got a regular sized philly and my boyfriend got a belly buster. They were both HUGE. We also got a garlic cheese fries to share. The garlic cheese fries were okay, I was kind of expecting more. They were just regular string fries. And they were SUPER garlic-y. I love garlic but it took me a few bites to adjust to the heavy garlic taste. Steak fries would be better. The phillys themselves were delicious though, hot delicious bread and lots of cheese and peppers. Very yummy. I’d definitely come here again.

The food is really good. I would recommend this place to anyone. The cheesesteaks are amazing, the mozzarella sticks were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the garlic cheese fries were bomb!

My husband and I have been loyal customers since they opened. The staff is very nice and they make sure your order is correct and of the highest quality. There is great variety and to this day we still order the same cheesesteak! Make sure to share the fries, it is enough for two. Best cheesesteak in town. Quick enough for a work lunch. Enjoy!

Huge!(Thatz what she said ~ meaning me!) You have to look upward, to discover it, but when you do… so good! Meat! Cheese! Meat n’ cheese! Yumbers! The lines can get crazy around dinner time because people will order one sammie for themselves + each & every other person they’re going to see later. I try & restrain myself from going there EVERY day(I suggested punch cards, for the loyalists! Lol!) Itz THAT good!

Really this place deserve 3.5 stars… I’m almost a fan but not quite… they are a bit better than A-OK though. Phillys are one of my favorite go-to-fat-foods out there. What’s really better than a mound of meat with melted cheese all over and some bread, right? Philly Ya Belly has some of the formula right. The got mounds of meat in the belly buster size — the chopped onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and whatnot are all good as well. But the cheese… though you can taste that it’s there — it just doesn’t have the ooey-gooey factor that, I personally expect from a good philly. But because its there I can appreciate it. Where the deal breaker comes in, is the bread itself. The bread here is just limp, flavorless and textureless. It’s really just a vessel to hold all the ingredients but lacks any character or pizzazz to really make this sandwich shine. Been high and low, far and wide — and though I’m no sandwich connoisseur, I’m a firm believer that the bread will make or break anything sandwich. If they can change this aspect they will have a better shot of phillin my belly again.

Decent sandwiches — lots of flavor in the meat and vegetables but the bread could use some work. It’s pretty flat/thin and bland. The place is super easy to miss since it’s in a business/office type building.
