Bad service, impolite staff who lack basic customer service skills and doesn’t listen. Food was tasteless. Ordered spring rolls and for the first time could not finish them(or my phở). Phở’s broth wasn’t anything special. Will never return again.

eat it, maybe, skip it = maybe. Decent phở restaurant. The portions are smaller(large is more of a medium at other restaurants) and more expensive than some other phở places. They serve more than just phở which is a plus, however, we only tried the phở when we were there(both chicken and beef). The staff was nice and attentive and the restaurant was kid-friendly.

The menu describes the spring roll as having pork in it. what you get is some gross canned meat very similar looking to a grey Spam, totally gross and false advertising. NOT going back to see what other experiments they do/way expensive

Had lots of different things with the group of 5 of us. My friends are regulars and Steven is a phở lover. They are very friendly there, family run. I guess the pork didn’t have enough time to marinate, but it still tasted super good to me. The water was good.

Food was decent but the service is garbage. The guy came out when I walked in, when he brought my food out after 20 minutes and when I paid. Lemon grass chicken doesn’t take twenty minutes. Didn’t get the side of soup I asked for either.

I am always apprehensive about eating phở and most Vietnamese cuisines outside of Orange County, San Jose, and Chinatown. This place proves it. For starters, when I came in here, there was only one family sitting down and I believe it was the owner’s own family. The broth was full of MSG. The woman skimped out on giving me meat. I specifically requested no fat to be on my meat. She gave me only three pieces of meat, most of which was all fat. Tripe was overcooked and more rubbery than anything else. I kept chewing on it. The noodles were overdone. I thought it was overpriced as well. I paid over $ 8 for a bowl of phở. I can get a much cheaper bowl for better quality elsewhere. Not gonna come back here again.

I’ve been here probably 30 times over the past 4 years. I love phở and bun and have been to every place in the suburbs north of Seattle. This is the best place by far in my opinion. The broth is rich, the meats tasty, the tendons melty, and the noodles are never overcooked. That’s if you get one of the phos. But do try their house special — the Bun Bo Hue. The best I’ve had, and I used to eat at many a Vietnamese noodle house in the Bay Area. The fried rices and noodles are also good, as are the dry Bun noodle dishes.

I thought their«bun»(vermicelli bowl) was worthy of 3 stars the first time I went. But this last time – as in, 3 hours ago – the whole experience was more 2 star-worthy. The meats are simply not very fresh. My mom barely touched her beef phở after a few bites because she said it smelled and tasted off. could be any or all of the ingredients in her noodles: rare beef, well-done flank, tendon, tripe, and one other I don’t remember.#7 on the menu. As soon as she mentioned this, I noticed the chemical smell in the grilled shrimp and the deveined part of the shrimp stuck on the shrimp still. The typical pork smell also magnified on my grilled pork. All in all, it became a disgusting meal because I realized how not fresh their meats(and possibly seafood) is. The service was also a little funny. When I asked for a bowl, she responded with«a bowl of what»? Also, she asked the guys behind us whether they were ready to order or not, and they said no. Then someone from the kitchen said something in Vietnamese and she responded in part Vietnamese and part English: vietnamese.vietnamese.vietnamese.the other guy. not ready. Just seemed funny that she wasn’t very tackful. Mind you, service wasn’t horrible – it was fine – but I’d be afraid to eat anything from them again.

Americans who have never travelled abroad will struggle with this place… until the food arrives. The TV is almost always on(last time it was a shrill Beyonce concert). The fish tank is right there. The South Everett neighborhood means that you will likely rub elbows with some people from other continents and hear languages other than English. But the Phở is more authentic and the service is bent on feeding you the best. The options are amazing and the bubble tea is quite good. Close your eyes, point at the menu and be amazed.

When you first walk in, it has this very welcoming atmosphere. Growing up I ate soo much Phở and vietnamese cuisine. Not to mention there is always many many vietnamese noodle shops but Phở Da Kao was just superb. They have the most friendliest service and some of the most delicious food. And the bubble tea is just amazzzingggg. I don’t think I could go very long without going back for another meal. Either way, Phở Da Kao in my opinion is one of the best I have ever had. Affordable, and quality food.(: Anyone who thinks otherwise is just insane.

This is the only time in my life that I have walked away from an uneaten meal I paid for and had to go to dinner elsewhere. The people«fixed» the food the first time, but it was so disgusting we couldn’t even eat it. The folks who run the place are the nicest people, so we didn’t make any further complaint, but wow was it awful. The only good thing is they have amazing bubble tea and since the people are so nice I do like to support them so I go for a bubble tea to go. I feel sad giving them a bad review as, like I said the staff couldn’t be nicer, but ultimately what you are there to do is eat.

I’ve had a lot of Phở in my day, but this place is excellent! Friendly service, and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying one of their bubble teas as well. I keep trying other places, and keep coming back to this one as the best in my area for a delicious bowl of phở.
